This is the second incident from Western New York this season. Earlier a woman was killed by a hunter. These guys are giving the rest of us a bad name.

The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Doesn’t this apply to nuts, fools and drunkards?

There are bad drivers. We do not condemn all drivers because of them.

Bad drivers pay for liability insurance.

They are sharing the risk with other drivers. Other hunters should not share the risk of these tow hunters.

Not that I should buy a red muscle car as some sort of prosthetic phallus, manhood in a can... what a joke.

While such accidents are often tragic and destroy many lives, thankfully they are on a long downward trend in the U.S..

The National Rifle Association, and the hunter safety programs which WE provide are the primary force behind this reduction.

When I began hunting, a certificate of competion of an NRA hunter saftey course was required to obtain a license for those under 16.

Every hunter, and every gun owner, should take advantage of these courses.

THEY SAVE LIVES.

By the way, the odds of being killed as the result of a hunting accident are about the same as the odds of being struck by lightning.

I disagree. Nearly everyone who drives a car will eventually file an accident claim. That is not true for gun owners.

I never hunted in NY State. Years ago when I was inquiring about doing so I was amazed that they did not have the orange clothing requirement. I was told " that in New York we do not go around shooting one another like you guys in other states do. "

The liability is still with every gun owner.

We used to get in the woods about 5 miles to get away from the NYC people I saw one guy trying to figure whuch way his safety worked and shot out his windshield. Another thing their good at is what they call Bush shots ware you don't see but hear them in a bush and just shoot.

Okay. I have a few hatchets and axes. I chop wood for kindling for my coal stove. Should I pay liability insurance because sometimes a crazy person kills or injures another person with a hatchet or an ax ? I have a number of kitchen knives. Should I pay liability insurance because people sometimes accidentally cut themselves with kitchen knives while they are preparing food ? I don't smoke but I always have 2 lighters on me for lighting my grills and my coal stove. Should i pay liability insurance on my lighters because some people burn themselves with lighters ? I have candles in my house. Should I pay liability insurance on my candles because sometimes candles start fires and burn down houses ? I used to jog a lot. Not so much anymore. I sometimes received injuries from running. Other runners have injuries from running. Should I pay liability insurance on my running shes ?

I vote. From time to time the people I vote for let me down. They even go to jail sometimes. Other voters experience that too. Should all voters pay liability insurance in case the person they put into office does something wrong or lies to them about what they will do once they get into office ? Sometimes a skier will cause an avalanche and kill or injure other skiers. Should all skiers carry avalanche liability insurance ?
