Georgia Judge Makes GROUND BREAKING Ruling Regarding Election

I'll say it to this day...there is no way that President Trump lost the state of Georgia. There is no possible way.

I know that Atlanta is the most heavily populated city in the state and that most of them are Democrats, but even at that, they don't outweigh the massive number of conservatives in the state.

All we've been wanting this whole time is a fair audit. There have been recounts, but that doesn't matter. You can count fake ballots as many times as you want and you're still going to get the same number. What needs to happen is a proper audit to inspect the authenticity of the ballots.

President Trump tried to get this done and even spoke on the phone with Governor Brian Kemp and the Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger to try and convince them to just do an audit. Why wouldn't they, after all? What is the harm honestly?

Georgia has been riddled with a lot of funny business when it comes to the election, even the election that occurred in January for the two Senate seats in which two Democrats won both of those. How is possible to lose Senate seats, but gain so many House seats? Doesn't make a bit of sense if you ask me.

Now, we're finally getting somewhere...maybe, as a judge ruled that the group "VOTER GA" can now unseal and inspect ballots from Fulton County to see if there are any invalid votes.

According to Georgia Star News,

Henry County Judge Brian Amero on Monday conditionally granted members of a Georgia-based coalition the right to unseal ballots from last November’s presidential election in Fulton County.

Members of that group, VOTER GA, may now inspect those ballots for evidence of voter fraud.

Amero’s decision “is almost unprecedented in Georgia history,” said VOTER GA spokesman Garland Favorito.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump lost Georgia’s electoral votes to current U.S. President Joe Biden.

The Georgia Star News asked Favorito if he and his hundreds of volunteers might find enough evidence of voter fraud in Fulton County to tip the Georgia election in favor of former U.S. President Donald Trump?

“That’s possible,” Favorito said.

Favorito said Fulton County officials have long resisted VOTER GA’s attempts to inspect their ballots.

“We have sworn affidavits from several poll managers who say they handled counterfeit ballots during the hand count audit because those were mail-in ballots that were not marked with a writing instrument like a mail-in ballot should be,” Favorito said.

“And they appeared to be on suspicious paper stock.”

I hope that they would find enough solid evidence and that it would trigger a massive search in other states as well.

A ruling by a Michigan judge declares that the way Secretary of State (SOS) Jocelyn Benson ran the election was illegal just as the Trump camp alleged but no court was willing to even hear the evidence. Mostly, the ruling covers mail-in ballots and upheld the right of the legislature to create voting laws and the SOS has no authority to go beyond what the legislature passed into law.

Benson sent out ballots to all registered voters and then tried to say the election was both safe and secure. But how can it be secure when Benson also told those running the election that they were to assume all signatures are valid whether they are or not. They were not allowed to verify the signatures match what was on record from when they registered to vote. This is just rife for manufacturing votes.

Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray held that the action violated the state’s Administrative Procedures Act. While the left argues that every vote needs to be counted the conservatives believe only valid ballots should be counted. No dead people, no illegal aliens and no ballot harvesting. That also means no early morning drops of hundreds of thousand votes that went almost entirely to Biden which is statistically impossible.

Michigan state Rep. Matt Hall (R) said:

“I’m glad the court sees Secretary of State Benson’s attempts at lawmaking for what they are — clear violations of her authority.”

“If she wants to make changes like these, she needs to work with the Legislature or properly promulgate them through the laws we have on the books — in this case the Administrative Procedures Act.”

The court’s opinion concluded:

…nowhere in this state’s election law has the Legislature indicated that signatures are to be presumed valid, nor did the Legislature require that signatures are to be accepted so long as there are any redeeming qualities in the application or return envelope as compared with the signature on file. Policy determinations like the one at issue — which places the thumb on the scale in favor of a signature’s validity — should be made pursuant to properly promulgated rules under the APA or by the Legislature.


Hall noted, “The Legislature is an equal branch of government charged with crafting laws. This is not the role of the Secretary of State, and there is a clear process that must be respected.”

Signature validation rules created without the approval of a legislature was one of the issues the Trump campaign and Republicans claimed was done illegally in the 2020 election.

Trump’s campaign and Republicans argued in cases nationwide that Article II of the Constitution requires state legislatures to make the rules governing presidential elections, and state election officials and courts lack the authority to change those rules.
