Please help me become a democratic Congressman!! I am sick and tired or working long hours for 50 plus weeks per year. I want a nice pension that never runs out of money and the best free forever health care. Can you believe that now I have to pay for my own transportation?? I don't even want to talk about my medical healthcare insurance premiums. Working hard and doing what is right will never make me wealthy. I have no political experience or a proven track record but that is not required. I will not be required to make any difficult decisions or have the responsibility to do what is best for my constituents or America, The democratic party has already made these decisions and if for some unknown reason I am required to make a decision, I must oppose any legislation from across the aisle
The salary is not really that great but the hours are much less than I am working now and sometimes I am even required to make decisions. I can make some more money from lobbyist and have the many perks to help me become wealthy in less than 10 years. Now if I want a vacation, I have to pay for it myself, Instead I can go on a “fact-finding mission“ and stay at 5 star hotels and resorts paid by the taxpayer.
But I must admit that I have a few weaknesses. I have an IQ that is above 100. I know that Russia did not invade Korea. I also have decent eyesight and good peripheral vision but that can be rectified by wearing blinders and a blindfold. I sometimes tell the truth and use logic but with the proper “spin“ it could also be considered to be a simple mistake.

If you think that a government run healthcare system is a solution, we should look at the healthcare system run by the government like the VA, medicaid,and medicare.

The Democrats want to keep Obamacare by repairing the flaws rather than replacing it with a different system. The question is can it be fixed? If Obamacare can be repaired. why didn't they begin a repair fix while they had the senate and the executive office? If there is a solution to repair Obamacare, why haven't they presented their these fixes to the public? The Democrats act as if the problems with Obamacare only came up recently.

I refuse to watch and ask other to boycott because the drivers only make "left" turns. I will probably not watch the Indianapolis 500 also.

A litmus test for extreme vetting involves Sharia law. As part of the vetting process, all refugees and immigrants from ALL countries outside of the United States should sign a legal agreement as a part of the administration of visas and green cards that they disavow Sharia law and that if they practice Sharia law they CAN be deported. Many practices of Sharia is contrary to the human rights set by the constitution, local, state, and federal laws.

I am sure that many would ,at first, object to such an infringement on the rights of legal aliens. It would be political suicide to defend this position. Sharia denies the human rights given in our constitution to all women and homosexuals. Supporting Sharia would alienate most Americans as especially women voters. Homosexuality is punishable by death under Sharia thus the LGBTQ community certainly not embrace or tolerate Sharia.

After five years of being in this country, refugees would be required to pass a remedial TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam and prove proficiency in verbal communication. Refugees should also be required to pass an 8th grade level civics exam to prove that they have an understanding of our constitution and government. If they are unable to meet these requirements then they are and will be a burden on society and the American economy. If they cannot be self-supporting and contribute to our country they need to be returned. The lack of assimilation to our culture is evidence that they do not belong here.

Immigration defense attorneys say that entering this country and violating our laws should not be considered a crime because they are only seeking a better life. A few extra hundred thousand dollars would make my life and my family's life much better. If I go and rob a bank is this a viable criminal defense and allow me to avoid prosecution?

How many refugees were allowed to come to the US from Ukraine or other Eastern European countries. The infrastructure of eastern Ukraine including the major cities of Lugansk and Donetsk are severely damaged and several thousands of houses and apartment buildings are unlivable.Some small villages have been completely destroyed. How many of these refugees did the US admit for asylum? Europe and South American countries are denied sanctuary. Is it because they are not Muslim? The recent release of religious persecution puts Christians at the top of all religions and has surpassed Judaism.

It is estimated that an additional 100 vetted Syrian refugees were admitted to the US since the "stay" order was implemented by the ninth circuit court. The question is who did the vetting? The vetting reports on these refugees was done by the UN and not by the USCIS. If any of these refugees are terrorists who has the most to lose? How badly will the UN suffer losses if any of these refugees commit terrorists activity on America?
