Actually, the Cold Case Posy of Sheriff Arpaio, has already demonstrated beyond doubt that Obama's birth certificate is not a only a forgery, but, it is one of the worst forgeries that the document expert has seen in his twenty years of experience.
The main stream media will not cover the story, because they are defending the fraud that is Obama.
Sheriff Arpaio, has stated, that ensuring the integrity of the presidency of the United States of America, falls to the Congress of the United States of America. That is what our founders wrote into the Constitution of America. You just don't handcuff the President of the United States, it doesn't work that way.
Sheriff Arpaio and his Cold Case Posy are at this moment showing the evidence to Congressmen and Senators and getting them on board to have a congressional hearing on Obamas birth certificate.
Our Congressmen and Senators are a bunch of cowards and it is taking a while for them to gather up enough courage to do their duty. Despite the evidence and not just the evidence, but, how blatantly obvious the evidence is, they are still dragging their feet.
Some time in the next six months, or so, they will have completed some 300 pages of evidence against Obama, that will be prosecution ready for trial. At that time, if not before, they will have a Congressional hearing, where the public will get to see all of the evidence against Obama in those hearings.

The statement, "innocent until proven guilty," is a requirement for the law in treating people charged with a crime.
It puts no burden on the general public.

Finding a guilty man innocent does not mean that he didn't commit a crime. It just means that the law can not do any more to him. That does not mean that the public has to except him or ever trust him ever again.

Finding an innocent man guilty does not mean that this person did something they didn't do. It means that the guilty person will never be charged with what they did and an injustice has been done that will remain forever.

No, we don't know all the facts of the incident, yet. But, we are all witnesses to the attempted railroading of Mr. Zimmerman by the main stream media.

I did read your original post and if you had at least looked at the "Three Stages of Jihad," you'd see for yourself why it wouldn't work and how it would help them get to the second stage of Jihad. Maybe even skipping it and getting right to the third.

You need to learn your history.
If it is in fact the government that gives you your rights, then the government can modify or take them away.
If it is the Constitution that gives you your rights them it can be amended and again you lose your rights.

When accused of not putting in Constitutional rights in the Constitution, James Madison replied that the very structure of the Constitution, with it's internal and external structures was a bill of rights. That the government had no power to infringe on individual rights, so non need be stated.

Alexander Hamilton, stated that the government had no power to interfere with the free press and then said that writing that the press had a right to be free, might allow some clever fellow, in the future, to say that the very need of stated Constitutional right demonstrates that the government did have the power or else the stated right wouldn't need to have been written.
