I have viewed the information and videos of the analysis of the April 2012 release of Obama birth certification and agree that it appears to be a fake. I do not understand why some legal action has not been taken based on the results of the AZ Sherriff's investigation. He has presented his investigation to several groups of government and laws enforcement members and now is asking what should he do next. What should he do next with his investigation and proof of the fake birth certificate?

First off he would have to transplant some testecles onto the bodies of the GOP in congress and then after they proceeded he would have to remind the senate of their oath and what it means to defend the constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic "OIllegal" and then get them to vote based on their oath not on their feelings. Or we could do what we probably are doing and that is wait for the mid term election and pray that we gain control of the senate. I also believe that is what the OIllegalcare business delay is all about. There are those who I believe know that OIllegal is illegal and for whatever their reason is they are afraid to bring it up and challenge him. There could be a threat from the Chicago machine that has them scared because I believe there was a threat against Chelsea life if the Clintons refused to back down. And that is how Hilary got her position under OIllegal.

Dale, the matter has never been addressed seriously outside the "birther" crowd". "...all of the scrutiny it has had" is zero serious scrutiny in the mainstream.It always gets the treatment you are giving it - "Nothing to see here, folks, just some crazy people acting up. Move on.org". And yes we are getting tired. We can't understand why serious people would not give it a serious look before deciding there's nothing there. We suspect it's because people in the media and folks like you have decided Obama is "their" guy, and they will support him no matter what. Have you never wondered how an obscure state legislator from Illinois could rocket through the Senate to the Presidency in the space of five years? Some serious string-pulling going on there. And when someone pulls strings for you, they attach strings TO you. So, who are the puppetemasters?

The birth certificate is very minor in my eyes but the important issue is the natural born citizen clause in the constitution. This clause requires that both mommy and daddy have to be U.S, citizens for him to be legally qualified to be president and also that he was born in America and not Kenya. The other fact is that he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro which would have made him Indonesian not American. Also with his records sealed no one has been able to ascertain as to how he went to school? Did he himself list himself as a foreign exchange student and what did his passport say was his nationality? All of these questions should have been answered to the public's satisfaction
and the birth certificate that he has trotted out is obviously forged per the cold case forensic team.

Again until congress and the senate grow some gonads and get some testosterone running through their bloodstream and then take a refresher course on what their oath to the American People actually means nothing will happen. As I said before they all took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies both foreign and domestic nothing will happen. There is a slight chance if the GOP wins the senate and maintains the congress that they will somehow get some testosterone and impeach him but don't hold your breath. I also believe that the Chicago machine has a lot to do with who will and ahd who won't speak out against him.

Quite possibly true, I believe George Soros is also involved in this mess as well. There was some kind of report that he had a meeting with both OIllegal and Hillary and even though they were both excellent liars and good socialists that good old George choose OIllegal over Hillary. I guess that was the reason Hillary was given her job in the OIllegal administration. I am also sure we will never know all of the facts here.

Even if you think the PDF of the birth certificate ISN'T a forgery (which takes some leaps of faith to do), you have to admit there is no agency within the US federal government in charge of vetting our presidential candidates. If nobody's in charge, it'll never get done.

We got Bam as a president because Nancy Pelosi signed a document stating that he is a natural born citizen, and that was apparently enough for the apparatchiks.

We need to fix this unaddressed Constitutional requirement, starting with Mr. Obama.

I agree but do you have any idea as to how to get these chicken livered members of congress and senate to act on this. If nobody has the balls to start impeachment how will they ever start the other. My personal idea is to fire the lot of them and start over. But I guess that is more of a dream than reality. I do know that even though we have a lot of republicans that i wouldn't give you two cents for there isn't a single democrat that I would trust my back to.

It is not really important as to where Obama was or was not born. The most important question regards where his father was born. His father??? Yes, because according Article II of the United States Constitution - toward the end - you will read: "No person except a natural born citizen shall be eligible to the office of President." and,because they had to, the writers of the Constitution eliminated themselves from this require. Then, in 1874, the United States Supreme Court ruled that a natural born citizen is one who is born to natural born citizens [ie: natural born parents]. Mr. Obama's mother was born in the United States, but his father was born in Kenya - possibly a British subject, and, therefore, not a natural citizen of the United States. This fact alone should disqualify Mr. Obama from being President and this fact was discovered towards the end of his first term. QUESTION - why hasn't some of those so-called Republican "Power Houses" in Washington DC done something about this??? Could it be that they may be fearful of Obama and his Chicago-style political machine?
