We had the Congress which made law, then the Administrative branch, which now changes law and now - the Supreme Court, which modifies cases - so it can change law as well.

The SC is NOT empowered to make law, nor is it authorized to change law. It's sole responsibility is to the constitutionality of existing law and it's attending rules.
Should the supreme court find a law unconstitutional, it can make recommendations to the Congress on how to correct the law. It does NOT have the authority to dictate to the Congress what the law will be. The lack of protest, from the Congress, about the "Citizens United" rulings, it's subsequent related campaign finance rulings and it's modification of existing campaign finance rules, is telling. The Congress becomes outraged, when the President " bypasses the Congress with executive orders", but says little, when the SC does the same.
By modifying a case before it, in order to exert it's political will, the SC not only violates it's charter, it violates the Constitution itself. There is to be only ONE legislative branch of Government, to make the laws, Only ONE administrative branch, to manage the laws and ONE judicial branch, to ensure that the laws are constitutional. It is forbidden for the SC to make or modify law, yet it does it and with the apparent blessing of the other two branches of Government. Why? the same reason as always - money. The other two branches of Gov. are willing to overlook this breach of law, because they benefit greatly by it.
Our Republic has been sold to the highest bidder and this breach of democracy has been given the appearance of legality by the SC. " we the people" will never be the highest bidder, they've got no money, the purchasers of the Republic have made sure of that. The SC has also eroded the voices of representative groups, such as unions, in it's recent rulings. If the dollar is to be the people's voice, according to the SC, then those with the most dollars have the loudest voices, which means, the majority of people will never be heard again. They can't afford the admission price.
