More like 20 are closing permanently get it right.the rest are distributing centers still Wall-Mart stores and will employ the samepeople that are now laid off for a short time while the restructuring is going on.
Nasty Nancy is a ass hole.Hopefully the “cold”she has will finish her off.

Making up your own set of "facts" is foolish. There are no news sources that support your bogosity. The number is 50, not 20.

How can a distribution warehouse use more than a fraction of the same people as a retail store? Not to mention they all have to find new jobs now and can't wait.

You are just fabricating. A liar.

You need to read the whole story before you write your bs,,,Yes Wall-Mart is closing its stores but they plan to re_open after restructuring!!!So Nancy doesnt have a point and neither do you!!

Guess I did but you didn't!

All of the Sam's employees are out of jobs. Of 63 stores about 50 are closing permanently. Others will eventually be converted to distribution centers.

Nasty Nancy has spoken without real knowledge again. She spoke these words before Walmart and Sam's put out knowledge of their raises. They did say what they had done was because of the new tax law, however, I am sure that Nancy would say that was nothing but a lie. Biggest employer in the world doing some real business but she doesn't know about them. She says that one raise that just went into effect was in line because of a union before the tax law was passed. I am pretty sure that the Walmart raise didn't come because of a deal with a union. Surely you left leaners know that a number of unions have tried to unionize many Walmart workers with no success. I am just saying that she couldn't have been talking about Walmart but would gladly say she was.

Nasty Nancy has spoken without real knowledge agai... (show quote)

The real story is how Walmart tried to distract attention from closing so many stores.

Employees get benefits is what made headlines. The fact that it is restricted to only a few employees is hidden. The fact that just as many lose their jobs is not mentioned.

Pelosi has a good point.

I don't think calling Feulner a twit, a wingnut or an ideologue fanatic does much to further your stock. It just proves how desperate warmists are to sell their stupid, disproven theories such as Mann's "Hockey Stick" crap. I'm sure you won't be deterred from continued efforts to sell this stuff.

People who don't know the difference between weather and climate and engage in Climate Change discussions are alarmists, not to mention desperate and stupid twits. Align yourself with them if you choose. It definitely pegs you.

Another twit with no concept of the difference between climate and weather!

But that is what can be expected from following what used to pass as an almost but not quite sane conservative voice that is now a right wingnut group of ideolog fanatics producing irrational propaganda as fodder for idiots.

The head cold prevented her from notifying Republicans in advance of the impending release, but did not affect the decision to distribute the document.

Hope when he exposes The Hilderbeast he does have an air tight case.

Republicans have spent years investigating Hillary Clinton without finding anything she could be charged with.

Republicans are currently a few months, but much less than the two years we can expect, into investigating the Trump campaign.

Given what has already been turned up with indictments and convictions it appears that it will be Trump that falls, and probably hard too.

Given Trump's current dramatics it seems he is well aware of the eventual outcome.

NYT: Trump Moves to Open Nearly All Offshore Waters to Drilling

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration said Thursday it would allow new offshore oil and gas drilling in nearly all United States coastal waters, giving energy companies access to leases off California for the first time in decades and opening more than a billion acres in the Arctic and along the Eastern Seaboard.

Governor Scott vowed on Thursday to protect his state’s coast from drilling, saying he would raise the issue with Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke.

“I have asked to immediately meet with Secretary Zinke to discuss the concerns I have with this plan and the crucial need to remove Florida from consideration,” he said in a statement. “My top priority is to ensure that Florida’s natural resources are protected.”

NYT: Trump Administration Drops Florida From Offshore Drilling Plan

The Trump administration said Tuesday it had ruled out drilling for oil and gas off the coast of Florida after strong opposition from the state’s Republican governor, Rick Scott.

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke moved last week to allow new offshore oil and gas drilling in nearly all United States coastal waters, opening more than a billion acres in the Arctic, Pacific, Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico to potential leases. The decision prompted an outcry from Republican and Democratic governors alike on both coasts.

“I support the governor’s position that Florida is unique and its coasts are heavily reliant on tourism as an economic driver,” Mr. Zinke said in a statement after meeting Governor Scott in Florida. “I am removing Florida from consideration for any new oil and gas platforms.”
