The head cold prevented her from notifying Republicans in advance of the impending release, but did not affect the decision to distribute the document.

Nobody knows for sure where Obama was born, or where he went to college, or how he paid for it. It is common knowledge though, that he spent a goodly part of his adult life hanging out with communist domestic terrorists, and anti-American subversives.
