It's not there, yet we have a Federal government sanction of 'gay' marriage across all faiths and a continuous push to limit the types and models of guns available to the American militia on an almost daily basis.

Here's a bonus fact: Find the word 'democracy' in the US contstitution, anywhere, go ahead, I'll wait... The Constitution guarantees a Republican form of government across all fifty States, and not a democracy in sight.
