Let me start this topic with Law and the rule of Law.

To determine guilt or innocence the Judge and the jury must follow guidelines to find a resolution of the matter at hand. This is the practice.

Now, lets look at simple law or natural Law:

The following ten laws are the basic laws of human nature:

1. You shall have no other gods before Me.
2. You shall make no idols.
3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
4. Keep the Sabbath day holy.
5. Honor your father and your mother.
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not commit adultery.
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
10. You shall not covet.

These are ten basic laws that were handed down to Moses. This is one of the founding principles of the Judeo-Christian and Muslim religions. Now for those who are not of the Abrahamic sect of humanity, that is those who are not Jewish, Christian or Muslim another set of laws, known as the seven laws of Noah apply....

1. the positive injunction to set up courts that justly enforce social laws
2. the prohibition of blasphemy, i.e. intolerance of worshipping the one God of the universe
3. the prohibition of idolatry
4. the prohibitions of grave sexual immorality, such as incest and adultery
5. the prohibition of murder
6. the prohibition of theft
7. the prohibition of eating the limb of a live animal, which is a paradigm for cruelty

These laws are universal and make the founding principle of all Laws and rules of Laws.



Since all laws, prohibit behavior that is deemed unjust, then it is right to assign a "weight" upon the violation of the law.

For example, look at murder.

Murder begins with assault, (one person attacking another), complicated assault (one person attacking another person then the other person retaliating), assault with a deadly weapon (one person attacking another with a weapon), attempted murder (one person attacking another person with the intent, and motive to kill the person, yet the person survives), then the degrees of murder.

In the case of murder, the only justifiable murder, is one done in self-defense where there are two categories, murder intentionally done in self-defense, murder that is accidental while one is defending themselves.

This is just an example of how law becomes so over blown it becomes hard to categorize the less than blatant offense. Which brings me to a universal question, that I will now ask all of you:

What weight, do you place upon what infraction of the law or laws, that may have been violated?

Before you judge a Democrat or a Republican, (Joe Biden or Donald Trump), with any infraction of the law, remember the above question.

We are not a Democrat country, nor are we a Republican country, we are a Republic ruled by the rule and precept of Law.

Congress writes the law, the Presidency enforces the law, and the Judicial Branch interprets the law.

Neither the congressmen, or senators, nor the president or supreme court justices can pick or choose the law to follow, that is determined by the people, as agreed upon in Congress.
It is a dereliction of duty not to enforce the laws agreed upon by the people.

Such was the case of slavery, prohibition, and suffrage. Each were once prohibited and it took a constitutional amendment to restore freedom to the slaves, the sexes, and that of the production and consumption of alcohol.

In this current political environment, with that of the failures of Joe Biden and the relentless attack on Donald Trump for a hatred undefined, I ask all intelligent people out there this final question as we enter into the summer of 2024, the same question I asked before:

What weight, do you place upon what infraction of the law or laws, that may have been violated?

Ha ha ha. Well here's how it will play out.

The gag order is unconstitutional and the trial will become a mis-trial. Reasons for the mis-trial will be the irrelevant testimony of Stormy Daniel's, focusing on the gossip of Trump's personal life and not the matter at hand....that is the charge of misrepresenting financial business records. Due to this fact alone a mis-trial should be declared.

Further actions of this court for example the gag order is also unconstitutional since the power of the gag order, is intended to protect the accused not the accuser, aka the prosecution. These two elements of this case, will eventually push the judge either now or on appeal to mis-trial.

However, another element could be employed if, and I know the defense will, push for full acquittial. Reasons for full acquittal, are explained in the constitution under amendments 4, 5, 6 and 14th amendments which the existance of the court case violates these of the defendant.

The case also brings to light the improper lawyering of Michael Cohan (Trump's former attorney) and Michael Avaninti(Stormy Daniel's lawyer) both attorneys were convicted of crimes.

Which brings into light a vey good question:

Who is the true villian and who is the hero?
Who is the victim?

Well if it was up to me, if it was up to the American people, I believe that the villians in this case would be Cohan and Avaniti, there is no hero, unless the judicial branch steps in and ends this farce of a trial. The victims would be Stormy Daniel's and Donald Trump.

Now spin it any way you want, at the end of the day, the previous paragraph remains true.

Today we saw one victim accuse another victim of an irrelevant charge with irrelevant testimony. To have empathy for her, you can't help but notice her anger is against the wrong person.

My unit was VAW 121 with the US Navy after desert storm....then in 2001, (august) I joined the Kansas army national guard, transfered over to the Arizona army national guard....then went from one desert to another....to stand against terrorists in Iraqi.

When vetting the candidates of the election of 2016, I saw a lot of candidates that would in another time or place, make great presidents.

But at the time, no candidate had the fortitude to complete the job except Donald Trump.

See, I think the major difference in us. Americans is in lawyering.

If a person does something for themselves, either honorably or dishonorably, it fades away. It doesn't take root and make produce; it doesn't generate wealth.

But if a person fights for the greater good, the fruits of his labor are given to everyone. If it takes root, it will last many years after the death of its founder. America is an example of good men, who meant well, to change the evils of the Middle Ages, to the peace and prosperity of today.

Slowly and taking over two millennials, we have achieved with American principles based upon Christian principles that are based upon Israelite principles, therefore God's principles, we have achieved a new and great nation.

Now you ridicule us by calling us MAGA clowns. We just happen to be people, who don't worry about what you say, for it has been proven to be lies. We look towards your deeds and judge you first by deed then by character.

If that doesn't convince you that Trump is a fighter, then let's look at a mythical character Rocky Balboa.

An Italian fighter from the streets of Philadelphia, faced a black fighter from Los Angeles, Apollo Creed. In the two fights that Rocky had with Apollo, he, Rocky went the distance. Then in the second fight, he remained standing.

Then in the next meeting, the Italian Stallion was accused of racism by Mr. T. who would in their first fight beat Rocky. After a brutal emotional battle, Rocky comes back stronger and wiser. He would go on to reclaim his title he won from Apollo.

Now look at Trump. Trump is a lot like Rocky. You can see his true love, and that is of family, and country.

And if that is not going to convince you to try to impartially look at Trump then answer this question seriously and honestly.... What is it about Trump, that makes you hate him so? Is it provable fact, or what has been falsely proven gossip?

Whether or not Trump was right with his accusation of the 2020 election, which today is moot. Do you try to say that an American President, doesn't have the right or duty to question an election and conduct a proper investigation? And to continue with this principle, if the Jan 6th protesters should be in jail for what happened in Jan 2021, then the protesters all around the country supporting Hamas, should be charged with treason.

Therefore, if Trump and the protesters of the capital riot, should be jailed, then by that very same principle, if proven in court, the protestors of 2020 and those who support Hamas, are guilty of treason and should be put to death.

Focus on the principle, not the man. Then the truth shall be revealed. Follow the evidence and make up your own mind. Do it fairly and you would not ask silly questions like, "When do you MAGA clowns begin to understand that Trump is a fraud and a pathological lying POS?"

What makes America so Great is that we can discuss this, if you take that freedom away from us, it will get bloody and much worse than it is right now. We must be able to express our positions and logically assess the situation based upon the facts not the gossip.

And when reviewing the evidence, what weight do you place on what word? Do you look at it traditionally? or do you let gossip rule the day?

Now that you see my comment is consistent, let me also say to you the same thing Christ said, "...render on to Ceasar what is Ceasar's render unto God what is God's", "turn the other cheek", and "love thy enemies"

These three teachings of Christ, actually protect the one following the teaching. Making peace with "Ceasar" keeps you out of trouble with the government. By "turning the other cheek" the abuse of power generally loses its appeal. Abuse of power comes with desire. Human desire for a selfish purpose. And you've heard the saying, "keep your friends close and your enemies closer", that came about due to Christ's teachings, "love thy enemies".

With that being said, when the issue is men's dominance over women, the above three teachings if properly followed, the victim will survive. But the teaching transcends everything, slave to master, son to father, father to son, mother to daughter, daughter to mother, father to daughter, daughter to father, mother to son, son to mother; as well as, subordinates to superiors, public to authorities and authorities to the public.

So these incidents transcends all forms of subjucation. That is why the bible and religion is so important, it is knowledge that can turn into wisdom with good learning.

Now the Bible is a history of how humanity matured. How it matured in faith, knowledge, reason, and wisdom.

There will be therefore rules that applied when humanity was at a point of that maturity, when mankind grew more mature then the old laws were no longer necessary, as St Paul the apostle said, "When I was a child, I thought like a child, I acted like a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things."

Thus, by example the bible follows this precedence. So when the old testament is combined by the completeness of the new, the boy at Genesis, that needs guidance, becomes a man, that is self governing. This becomes with in human history and as asense of utopia, with the absence of mass control. For the control is established by the harmony of the nature of the human spirit.

Looking at the point of slavery which existed because the line of Cain practiced it, which it learned from the angels. But slavery is a tool used against the nature of the human nature. Slavery began due to the jealously of the angels which they taught to man, and the half angels or demi gods, these demi gods became demons after they died.

Therefore to justly charge for reparations of the slaves, and if you follow the precedence and premise of your question, the responsible must be held accountable for the sin. Since the sin started with the angels, or the devil...evil angels....then prey I ask the question, how do you hold these creatures responsible and how do you make them pay for thier sins since judgment has already been done?

Thus, the only thing we can do, is hold each person responsible and accountable for thier own acts. That being said, the principle is, if one is held to account then all are held to account. Therefore, the jews, the whites, the blacks, and everyone in-between were at one time or another, slaves.

Where one can only be truly free, when one is the slave of God the Almighty. Who taught humanity how to be free and promotes self governance.

Through wisdom, reason and knowledge, with hope, faith and love is the only way to achieve this self governance.

As was shown in the Bible, which is the basis of the constitution, and also seen in the constitution as man continues to mature, each human being therefore has free will, therefore the restriction of a man being a man, and a woman being a woman, shall not be infringed upon....either way. Thus, in my opinion, Jesus Christ was all those years ago, the first American!

Thus His teachings apply in all things today. But it took 2000 years of suffering for these true ideas to take hold.

There was a time in biblical times when you were held to account for what your family did, until the 7th generation......however we are not living in those days.

Every person is responsible for the good and bad they do in this world and it would be completely unfair to charge them with crimes of thier forefathers or descendants.

Parents are responsible for thier children, until thier children reach the age and mentality of an adult, which occurs between 18 and 25.

Although love transcends time, and therefore hate does too, a person is only held to acount for what they can do, and what they have done. And since praise and guilt are part of love and hate, the individual may hold themselves accountable, but that is not necessary. You are responsible for your own actions or inactions.

Nothing more and nothing less.

It is what it is.

Vail schools, Raytheon evacuated
Vail schools evacuated because of bomb threat.

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) — Three Vail schools were evacuated on Tuesday afternoon because of bomb threats called in meanwhile nine Raytheon buildings were also evacuated today because of a suspicious package.

The schools affected were Cienega High School, Empire High School and Desert Sky Middle School. The evacuation at Cienega has been lifted. The Tucson Police Department is actively working the other two campuses.

The district posted this announcement on Facebook:

“Within the last 30 minutes, we received the same anonymous phone call at Desert Sky Middle School, Empire High School, and Cienega High School that simply stated there was a bomb on campus and the person then hung up.


“We are coordinating with law enforcement who has advised each campus to evacuate buildings as a precaution."
