Big, It all depends what you mean by "intolerable". It is clearly against the law, and should be. Those non citizens should be sent to jail, or deported.
It simply is not enough to get excited about, because it is far too small a percentage to make a difference in an election.

NEITHER ! Electing who runs this country is a RIGHT granted only to American CITIZENS. Only fools would want non citizens to select who runs our country because it could allow them to 'legally' wipe out our treasury.
