First off. Guilty. We complain a lot. Looked up wrong track right track for country today. 46% right 54% wrong. What? Economy is heating up. Wages jumped 3.1 % so I looked up other presidents in the same time period. Guess what? Most are in the 40 something % as far as job approval. Same with direction of the country. So it seems a lot of us aren’t ever satisfied.
What’s up J, it’s been a long time since I commented here, l liked your topic so I’d like to say this here.
I’m probably not going to debate this either, this is how I’m living the now.
Everything for me and my family, (working people), is better on most if not all fronts. Call it what you want, but we’re all making money in the market, have higher paychecks, getting much cheaper financing for major purchases, buying the nicer model LTZ instead of the LT.
I’m loving seeing the huge manufacturing growth, more construction of facilities of every industry imanagable, drive with me to work sometime. From La Porte to Schulenburg Texas, on IH10 West leaving Houston, going through Katy and beyond is boom town. I’ve lived in and around Houston all my life, as an electrician I’d like to think I helped build it. This is by far the biggest boom I’ve experienced, I’ve been in the trade 40 years. There are really nice developments, with very nice homes being built and sold, to support the growth. I’m hoping that tonight’s vote helps continue our progress economically.
If I have to bitch right here, I’d bitch about what employer issues my next check, as my choices are limitless right now. There are shortages on skilled labor in most trades to date, the incintives are generous.
All this is my opinion, I’m not going after anyone, just wanted to share y’all
