Well, I dunno... The CMH is reserved for military personnel and is awarded by the President for 'Conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of life above and beyond the call of duty'. I guess you could say that he's 'military personnel' since he is the Commander -in-Chief, but I don't see anything he's done that goes 'above and beyond' his 'call of duty'. If there was such a thing as a '50% CMH', I'd definitely say do it, but there isn't, so he'll just have to settle for the Nobel and call it quits.

By the way, yes, he most definitely deserves the Nobel Peace Prize after all the work he's done to bring peace to so many people, Democrats notwithstanding. They don't deserve it anyway, so there!
