Now let me see if I have this right.
There's no guidance or discipline in the home. The family situation is so unstable, 'Junior' doesn't even know where or to whom to send a Father's Day card. Junior gets dumped into the education system where he is socially promoted because the overwhelmed school district can't deal with the undisciplined whelp. Junior's major formative influences are 'gangsta' rap videos and a corresponding peer group of gangsta wannabes. At age 18, Junior is turned loose on society carrying a bad attitude, a broken compass and little respect for authority. Junior gets himself in big trouble with the law and meets dire consequences. Then, the situation diagnosis is that the police need more training and understanding? Pardon me for asking, but do you really believe this bullshit?

Good post!
My son, being a 23-year veteran police officer in a big city where this type of training was also forced on them, would agree with you. Morale since has gone down the tubes, and they're having difficulty in not only obtaining new recruits, but quality recruits. As my son says "beware of what you ask for."

137 bullets fired into a car killing two unarmed people. The cops thought they were being fired at, yes but only cops had guns. Yes they need training!!!

Were you there? Did you actually witness what happened? have you ever been a policeman? Have you ever been in a gunfight? No, I didn't think so...just another arm-chair leftist loud mouth "almost" a lawyer opinion.
If the two idiots fleeing had had more driver training they might still be alive.

The cops reported what happened, even the one charged, said he jumped on top of a car and emptied his gun into the two people. He got off, two many bullets to say who killed them.

Could have just followed the LAW and pulled his car over miles before a single shot was fired.

Your bigotry is showing.
Stupid comment...but, normal for you.

Your questions are what normal people classify as rhetorical.
None of those points matter.
The cops were the ones acting illegally since they had no probable cause to stop the couple.
The driver had no legal reason to pull over.
If this were civilians who did the killing the court would say that everyone there was guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.

Yes, I have been a cop, I have been in the military, I have faced a shooting suspect. There is a lack of training, and a greater fear, with all the guns everywhere. Anybody could be armed. Even an idiot like you.
