During these years there was approximately 300 parents killed by kids.

I don't see where these figures are relative at all. Sad but in no way controlling the population.

Some need retraining. There is profiling based on color. I've seen it time and time again on Youtube videos. The black riots only make things worse though.

The town I live in has an unusually high number of concealed carry holders. In five years we have had 3 murders, none with guns. One was a couple of black thugs stabbed a young pregnant white woman to death when she delivered them a pizza from Domino's. The other two were wetbacks who got stabbed by other wetbacks.
We have good cops where I live. Too bad about your own domicile.
