Did Saddam exchange nuclear-enriching equipment and even enriched uranium for money from Iran, perhaps?

No enrichment right for Iran: In 2002, Iran mastered enrichment.9 Shortly afterwards, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) issued the first resolution on Iran’s nuclear program. Subsequently, the EU3—France, Germany, and the United Kingdom—began diplomatic negotiations with Iran in October 2003, which lasted for two years.

You were where? standing next to Bush watching his every move? I doubt that, so maybe your facts are wrong. You have shown us no proof that the posted article is false. You are just worshipping your demi God and believing he could not have done such a thing. I also very clearly remember the time very clearly and Bush did in fact sign this. It was public knowledge at the time!

Actually, closer than that.

It wasn't meant for you. Unfortunately I couldn't keep it a secret.

It's meant for me to be able to access the site, without having to write it down.

Where in the world was Saddam Hussein?

If not for an informant, we might still be looking for him:

From Wiki:

Operation Red Dawn was launched after gaining actionable intelligence identifying two likely locations of Saddam's whereabouts codenamed Objective Wolverine 1 and Wolverine 2, near the town of ad-Dawr. The First Brigade Combat team of the 4th ID, in addition to Special Forces from Task Force 121 were assigned the mission to capture or kill Saddam Hussein.

The Forces involved in the operation consisted of approximately 600 soldiers including cavalry, artillery, aviation, engineer and special operations forces. The forces cleared the two objectives but initially did not find the target.

An additional suspicious site was identified and searched. The area was a small, walled, mud hut compound with a metal lean-to structure. Within the structure there was a "spider hole" which was camouflaged on the surface with bricks and dirt. (Location 34°28′24.10″N 43°46′54.69″E)[3] The hole was about 6–8 feet deep with space allowing an individual to lie down. Saddam Hussein was found hiding at the bottom of the hole. He was captured without resistance. He reportedly stated "I am Saddam Hussein, President of Iraq, and I want to negotiate," as he emerged.

Two other individuals who have not been identified were also detained. There were no casualties in the operation.[citation needed]

I didn't read the link. So I wouldn't know if you did or not.

I read that statement and found it credible.

But you're certainly welcome to.... Well, whatever it is you do.

Libya was different. I know many people have trouble making that distinction, the difference between a nation with a madman at the helm, intent on destabilizing the Middle East, and gaining power at the expense of other nations in the region, and the absolute destabilizing of otherwise, somewhat content nations in North Africa, with leaders, though perhaps autocratic, with which we could worked.

That is, could have, had not Ovomit been invested in the Office of the Presidency. He certainly was not honestly elected.

Gaddafi was no madman.
He treated his people well and shared the country's wealth with them.
Unfortunately he did not recognize how ruthless the bankers who control the world would be when he created his own money and shunned the dollar.

Saddam was taken out for the same reason. He took Iraq's oil sales off the U.S. dollar. Iran doesn't trade oil in dollars either. That's why they've been in the gun sights for so long.

No U.S. president is elected honestly any more. Why do you think they created E-voting which allows for no recounts and gives no proof of who was voted for?
