if she had any classified documents on a private server - rather than a secure government server like she was supposed to --

she's toast.

Not just knocked out of being a 2016 candidate - maybe jail time.

You assume that there will be an Atty Gen that cares about the rule of law. Remember we all have equal rights before the law, but some are more equal than others.

Let us turn the tables ever so slightly. Does party affiliation or gender affect how you look at this situation?

What if a male candidate for POTUS had a secret email service in a government owned building that was used to campaign for him, using government staffers on government time, would this affect your willingness to vote for said candidate?

what - ya mean like the guy with the private server in the bathroom of his official quarters?

Or do I smell the classic "but Republicans did this too" retort which is always the card played when a Demmie gets caught with their pants down about sumpn?

Negative. I do not assume that we even HAVE a valid AG - nor that we will after the Lynch-ing

I could find worse people than poppa to hang out with, even if he is a Marine he was young and foolish when that happened and it's hard to remove that from your system, have you ever gotten blue clay on your shoes and tried to scrape it off?

I post this not to excuse Hillary, but to promote equal justice. I would rather gouge my eye out than vote for HC.

Consider this story:

http://www.jsonline.com/news/milwaukee/former-walker-aide-rindfleisch-enters-guilty-plea-to-misconduct-4h76kb5-173761661.html

NOT CREDIBLE that SW did not know about this, given that his #2 aide was using that router to campaign for the now-governor in a government building on government time, and that she was in constant contact with one Brett Davis who was the gov's pick for Lt. Gov.

Equal justice be served.

"NOT CREDIBLE that SW did not know about this"

an assumption without a shred of proof

your own link says words to the effect

"It was about the woman who was charged - not Walker"

to quote from the article --

"This case was never about Gov. Scott Walker," Landgraf said. "It was always about Kelly Rindfleisch."

From the article as well, Rindfleisch used the account to communicate with Brett Davis who was Walker's pick for Lt. Gov. Before Walker was ever governor a friend of mine from the Milwaukee area said that his knock on Walker was that he was not a good manager. ONE example was mismanagement of the mental health unit of Milw. County, and how Walker did not rein in the guy in charge of that. THIS is another example of his inability or unwillingness to manage. BTW, I know of several other such examples. I find it incredible that KR would be in contact with the governor's pick. If he was truly ignorant, that too reflects on his management style and ability. Can not run the county, similar mismanagement at the state, how is he going to manage the fed bureaucracy?
