Even if "classified documents" cannot be proven -- the mere fact of official State Department business being done on her private email/servers -- big No-No.

Come on. Ms. Clinton is a Democrat. They can break the law any time and who will hold them accountable, the Supreme Court? If she was a Republican she would have been in trouble many times over for her actions up until now.

What business does the state department do that is not classified? The only difference is the level of classification. Just the fact that they are in charge of all Embassies in foreign hostile countries is reason enough to classify all correspondence at the highest level.
The administration will try to down play the significance of this blatant breech of security just as they did the coordinated attack by Muslim terrorists in Benghazi.
The problem is Americans allowing them to get away with it.
