A number of wingnuts, including fox, have got their panties all bunched up because Obama had a cup in his hand when he "answered" a salute from the marines.
Since all presidents are civilian when they serve, there is NO obligation to salute when in civilian dress. In fact, the practice of saluting as a civilian came from the pretend soldier, reagan, who must have been dreaming about his glory days as a "B" movie actor.
But it seems all of the angry panties in a wad crowd forget about bush saluting with his dog.

I have more concerns with Obama's illegal war. No UN vote, No vote in Congress, no permission from the Syrian President and no imminent threat to the USA.

You are stupid. There was no imminent threat to the USA. Hagel stated so last week. There was no request from the Syrian President . No UN Vote. No vote by Congress. Obama's war is illegal by all standards.
