One million Muslims are planning to march on Washington D.C. on 9/11. Two million bikers are planning on roaring into Washington D.C. on 9/11. Am I the only one who sees this as a potential problem? Both groups have the legal right to assemble peacefully...peacefully being the operative word. You could not find two more diverse groups if you tried. Let's just really throw a rally riot and have the KKK and a couple of gangs from East L.A. show up.
I realize I am being irreverent, but I find the idea of these 'marches' taking place on 9/11 to be beyond disrespectful to the loved one's who suffered and still grieve for the victims of 9/11. If you want to march, fine, just show a little respect and choose a different day.

people": Nidal Hassan, the Boston bombers, shoe
bomber, underwear bomber, murder in fromt of the
military recruiting office Arkansas, car bomb in NYC,
9-11 having no association with their faith, are you
kidding me? London underground bombings, madrid,
Mumbai, Mali, Bali, death for apostacy, death for
blasphemy, death for homosexuality, death for
adultery, gender segregation, gender discrimination,
unequal gender status of testimony in legal
proceedings, child marrage, death to those who
insult islam, sharia control zones, polygamist
marriage, beating of women, marriage not requiring
consent of the bride, female mutilation, protests
demanding sharia law, protests in support of the
muslim brotherhood, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt, and this has no association with their faith? Being told violent muslims are only a misunderstood fringe, stoning to death for being raped is only misunderstood, marrying at the age of 9 is only misunderstood, honor killings of your own
children is only misunderstood. the Quran as your
constitution, killing of christians and burning
churches. And you tell me this has nothing to do
with their faith, it has everything to do with their faith. Im told to respect Islam but where i see Islam, i see violence and brutality, never a peep from muslims condeming muslim violence. peace is not just the absence of violence but also the presence of justice. Say anything negative against
islam and you will be silenced, just as youre
suggesting we do now. You dont demand respect, you
earn respect. And NO, we cannot liken this to the Black marches in Little Rock and Selma. This is not Little Rock and Selma.

Later on, Muslims invaded Syria, Iraq, Jerusalem, Iran, Egypt, Africa, Spain, Italy, France, etc. The Western Crusades started around 1095 to try to stop the Islamic aggressive invasions. Islamic Crusades continued even after the Western Crusades.
Islam has killed about 270 million people, 120 million Africans*, 60 million Christians, 80 million Hindus, 10 million Buddhists, etc. Islam has been at a continuous war against non-Muslims for almost 1400 years (since Muhammad.)
