But how can anybody point the finger at anybody without knowing what actually took place..Nobody talks about WITNESSES who are willing to furnish their names and testify (apparently many witnesses gave lopsided testimony in favor of the deceased and then refused to give their names which was reported only once on TV news). The entire affair is confusing since the policeman couldn't get out of his car, being blocked by one or two of the 2 guys, the policeman was attacked in his car, a gun went off, the police officer was injured and then all of a sudden Brown is standing there alone with his hands up in the air and gets shot ?? A witness who identified himself on the TV said he only saw the cop shooting Brown???

This is how Africa black kids get into trouble. It's O.K. to steal? Is this what grown ups are teaching them?

What!!!! Are they saying it is OK to steal???

The last time I check, it was against the law to steal. He would have been arrested but, instead he is dead. At least no one will have to pay for his jail time now.

Look at all the money we Tax Payers are going to save, the cop should have Killed his friend and we could have save even more.

You have to remember, 70% of all crimes are committed by Blacks and Mexicans commit 26%, then you have the Whites they commit 2.6% and others 1.4%.

Now you see what we have so many Blacks in jail and why the police have so many problem in the communities they work in. If most crimes are committed by Blacks then you are going to have more Blacks Killed by the police.

Where is our News Media with the Truth. Again they are hiding the Truth..

Winter Solstice,

I have a Yorkie, lying on my bed, three feet away from me, that is the exact twin of the one you are holding.

We need to put a fence around all of those areas, with a roll of
razor wire on top! Then, we might be able to have peace, but I wouldn't guarantee it!

Unfortunately they would put us rain water saving, home schooling, praying, productive, pantry canner gardeners "terrorists" behind the fence and let the "progressives" out.
I truly believe the solution lies in a well armed, peaceful citizenry to say "ENOUGH" and take back their own neighborhoods.

You are talking about the aftermath and not the senseless killing of one young man. Of course there is outrage, of course people vent that the only ways they can find. But that does not change the fact that Michael is dead for no apparent good reason and that a cop put that many bullets into him.

I don't know the facts. Bit, five bullets are over kill for sure The boy could have been wrong and the cop as well. I don't know. But, why did the mob burn down that little merchants store. He wasn't white.

Why burn down the little shop and take away that man's lively hood? Having been a Police Officer in San Diego during their riots,
I can say they see the fire, and get their age old Mau Mau blood
going and they just start a fire to watch it burn!!! Plus, maybe
it hides their looting! They don't give a hoot about the little old man, NOW it is all about them!!!!

You are right and that is why he got shot. You cannot fight with police and not to expect to be shot. People cannot expect the policeman to be shot with is own gun, can you???

Is the City Official BLACK? If so, that is why the incident is
"not bad". It is bad in my eyes, and had I been the Officer, I
would have surely arrested the "Punk"! Look at the video! He Is
grabbing the store clerk, and almost lifting him off the ground!
In my world, that is assault, and is punishable by jail time. The
"Punk" has committed "two" crimes, within minutes of each
other, and he probably challenged the officer, threatened him, or
other crimes. Look at the size of the "Punk"!! He is the neighborhood BULLY! "Punk" and they are trying to make the
"Punk" out to be a singer and Saint that sings in the Church Choir! I won't say it was justifiable Homocide, but on my watch, the "Punk" hits the slammer!!
RETIRED POLICE OFFICER
Not the City Officials that I know! Wrong is Wron... (show quote)

Even if the cop originally didn't suspect Michael Brown in the robbery, it's still relevant because it could have caused Michael to fear arrest and violently confront any approaching cop.

So M.Brown theft of cigars is OK.? Why? Is what he did to the store own OK too? No on both accounts So why is this moronic city alderman say this was OK..Is what happened later ok? You know the looting and rioting property damage oh I see what he is saying it OK for the Blacks to rioting, loot, and steal when some thing so wrong when its white police officer is involved or what happened New Orleans during Kartina.

THIS ALDERMAN IS TRYING TO MAKE WHAT HAPPENED TURN OUT IN THE GOOD, SO THEY CAN KEEP THE "PUNK HOOD RAT" IN THE NEWS.
YEAH! IT IS O K FOR A HUMONGOUS "PUNK" THAT OUTWEIGHS THE
STORE CLERK BY AT LEAST 150 LBS TO BEAT ON HIM, ASSAULT HIM,
THREATEN HIM, BY SAYING, "IF YOU TELL ON ME, I WILL COME BACK
BURN YOUR F.......LITTLE STORE TO THE GROUND."
THEIR IS NOTHING ANGELIC ABOUT THIS 300 LB POS, HE IS AN OUT AN OUT CRIMINAL, AND NEEDED TO GO TO JAIL!!!

Blacks are killing each other every day in the cities. Where is the outrage? Who destroys the few businesses left in this country because of that? Recently a Jewish Rabi was cut down on the street on his way to church and he hadn't been out stealing or fighting with anyone. Where is the outrage? Yes, we still have people in this country who are prejudice and stupid. But we have come a long way. We're going forward. Apparently, a lot further than Obama and the Democrats are aware of.

DHS Is Employing Agent Provocateurs and Are Behind the Events In Ferguson

What the mainstream media is not reporting is beginning to leak out from local citizens in St. Louis and from an informant from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) who are all telling a different story than the one you see on Fox, CNN and CBS. First, the locals are reporting that the rioting has spread far beyond the Ferguson city limits. Rioting is taking place as far away as St. Charles, which is located approximately 20 miles away from Ferguson. Second, more people are becoming aware that the police chief of Ferguson, Thomas Jackson, is not in control of his own police force as he has relinquished control to DHS.

DHS Is Fanning the Flames of Violence

In the past five days I have been contacted, via one of my most trusted sources, a member of DHS, who is opposed to the events and DHS involvement in Ferguson, Missouri. This source stated that DHS is running the Ferguson Police Department and that their actions are designed to antagonize and to provoke the locals to violence. He further stated that he believed that the ultimate goal is to inflame the local citizens to such a point martial law will be declared.

In and even more shocking revelation, this DHS source stated that the rioting and looting which followed the shooting death of 18 year old, Michael Brown, was encouraged and exacerbated by undercover DHS agents posing as members of the Black Panthers.

Lending support to this latest accusation of DHS complicity in the rioting was the behavior of the Ferguson Police Department during the looting. During the civil unrest, the behavior of the Ferguson Police was simply to create a perimeter around the looting and allow it to continue. This violates every tenet of law enforcement. It more resembles quarantine procedures practiced by DHS, Northcom and the National Guard. The police should have moved to intervene to stop the looting and prevent the spread of violence. If the situation were beyond the control of the police, then the National Guard should have been brought in. Given the revelation of the DHS source, it seems plausible that his story of wanting the violence to escalate appears to be the case.

The Ferguson Police Deliberately Antagonizes the Media for Doing Their Job

Both Ryan Reilly, of the Huffington Post, and Washington Post reporter, Wesley Lowery were working in a McDonald's in Ferguson, Missouri, when a SWAT team suddenly descended upon the restaurant. After being told to stop recording the proceedings and refusing, both men were then violently arrested in yet another case of Ferguson police brutality. Please note that recording police officers is a legal act. Lowery was shoved into a soda machine. One of Ferguson's finest slammed Ryan Reilly's head against glass. Lowery told the police that this would be on the front page of the Washington Post tomorrow and the officer responded, "Yeah, well, you will be in my jail cell tonight."

Thomas Jackson is supposed to be the Chief of Police in Ferguson, Missouri. Thomas Jackson has largely been reduced to a figurehead and is not in command of his own paramilitary police force that has been outfitted and equipped by DHS. Jackson has so completely lost control of his own force, he expressed extreme surprise when he was told by reporter Matt Pearce that reporters Reilley and Lowery were being arrested (see tweet below). Does the Chief know that other members of the media are being threatened for merely covering the events as reporters are mandated and permitted to do? If this "Chief" had control of his police force, he would have strict rules for dealing with the media and these rules would not consist of promoting the police brutality described below. The last thing a police chief should want is to alienate the media in hostile and controversial situation. This Chief should be arresting any provocateurs who have infiltrated his department and are giving orders. Instead, he is laying down in the face of illegitimate DHS authority which is operating in violation of the 10th Amendment. Thomas Jackson needs to resign immediately.
