A Ferguson official ( alderman) says M. Brown's taking cigars from the grocery with out paying is like drinking 2 beers at a ball game and walking out?
This is how Africa black kids get into trouble. It's O.K. to steal? Is this what grown ups are teaching them?

Mendicancy no matter what the "next step" involves becomes easier with freebies galore being tossed out of the passing gravy train and when there is no train around taking something from another has no morality.....after all whats the difference?

Not the City Officials that I know! Wrong is Wrong! I don't care if it is two cigars or $2 million, it is steal stealing. It is one person taking another's without permission.
Is the City Official BLACK? If so, that is why the incident is
"not bad". It is bad in my eyes, and had I been the Officer, I
would have surely arrested the "Punk"! Look at the video! He Is
grabbing the store clerk, and almost lifting him off the ground!
In my world, that is assault, and is punishable by jail time. The
"Punk" has committed "two" crimes, within minutes of each
other, and he probably challenged the officer, threatened him, or
other crimes. Look at the size of the "Punk"!! He is the neighborhood BULLY! "Punk" and they are trying to make the
"Punk" out to be a singer and Saint that sings in the Church Choir! I won't say it was justifiable Homocide, but on my watch, the "Punk" hits the slammer!!
RETIRED POLICE OFFICER

If he was reaching for the officers gun as reported at first , I think the officer had the right to fear for his life and use deadly force . You don't stop a charging elephant by saying stop!

Larry cab confirm this> A police officer has milliseconds to think and act in a combat situation. Mr. Punk Brown weighed 300#s. An officer cannot give an aggressive 300#er any advantage or, he officer will attend his own funeral.

Not to mention that he assaulted and intimidated the store owner. He was lucky he didn't get shot right there in the store.

According to the interview of Mikael's friend, when the cop approached them he didn't know anything about the cigars, only that they were walking down the street.
Even on the second encounter, when the cop got Michael in a headlock and then into the arm pulling exercise, he still didn't know the kid has walked off with the cigars.
Finally, regardless of Micheal's transgressions, the cop had absolutely NO BUSINESS shooting him 5 or more times. Don't lay all that on the kid but place the problem on the policeman who wantonly killed him. I've had far too much of spreading the blame for Micheal's death around. It ALL LAYS on one single person, the cop[.

I WOULD HAVE HAD TO BEEN THERE AND SEE WHAT HAD GONE
ON, I ALWAYS TRIED TO ERR ON THE UP SIDE, AND LET A JUDGE MAKE THE DECISION!! I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE GUY WALK FREE, AND HOPE AN ASS CHEWING BY A JUDGE WOULD SINK IN,
RATHER THEN PUT THE KID IN A BOX!!!
I WAS ONLY (ACTIVE) ON THE FORCE FOR 41/2 YEARS BEFORE
THE ACCIDENT BUT ME IN THE PASTURE, BUT I WORKED THE BAD PART OF TOWN AND GOT CALLS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. I ONLY HAD TO PULL MY WEAPON TWICE, AND THAT WAS WHEN A GUY MADE A MOVE TOWARD THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT, AND I TOLD HIM IF HE MOVED HIS (HAND) ANY CLOSER, HE WOULD BE MINUS A COUPLE OF FINGERS. I WAS EXTRA CAREFUL IN ALL SITUATIONS, AND GOT TO GO HOME TO MY WIFE. I WILL NOT SAY WHAT DEPT. IT WAS, BUT IT IS A
RATHER LARGE CITY!

You have no knowledge of truth. So why not shut up before you make more stupid statements. One pink robs the store. A group of Naggers burn it down. A family has lost it's livelihood. Naggers burned down Detroit and ran out the businesses in their neighborhoods and white people left town and Detroit is bankrupt. It doesn't make sense for merchants to build in black neighborhoods.

You are talking about the aftermath and not the senseless killing of one young man. Of course there is outrage, of course people vent that the only ways they can find. But that does not change the fact that Michael is dead for no apparent good reason and that a cop put that many bullets into him.

But how can anybody point the finger at anybody without knowing what actually took place..Nobody talks about WITNESSES who are willing to furnish their names and testify (apparently many witnesses gave lopsided testimony in favor of the deceased and then refused to give their names which was reported only once on TV news). The entire affair is confusing since the policeman couldn't get out of his car, being blocked by one or two of the 2 guys, the policeman was attacked in his car, a gun went off, the police officer was injured and then all of a sudden Brown is standing there alone with his hands up in the air and gets shot ?? A witness who identified himself on the TV said he only saw the cop shooting Brown???
