Do you ever have a clue what you are talking about? Doesn't seem like it. And you have yet to provide a single example of the lies you claim I spread. And the only news you listen to are the right wing sources that lie to you routinely. For example, did you know that the PEW Research group evaluated Fox, MSNBC, and CNN back in 2016 or so regarding truthfulness? FOX scored 96 percent outright lies, half or partial truth, or spin? I recall CNN as 94 percent and MSNBC at 92 percent. You listen daily to a plethora of lies, and you believe them. I do not.
Do you ever have a clue what you are talking about... (show quote)

Nick is right. I keep on saying this and the Foxies don’t believe it but all, no ALL of the cable news channels fight for viewers. They will say anything to get you and keep you on their channel. They are click bail.CLI CK BAIT. Sad but true and it’s up to us to find the truth in the mill of lies coming at us. Sometimes I rely on the financial news sites. I imagine they have to tell something like the truth so that investors know what to do with money. There are sites with real news you just have to search, but T V in America is about money and ratings.

Just as obvious as so many on the left wing believing the narratives pushed by left wing pundits are blind to reality and only see half the picture

We are being played by both sides but so many of you can’t see it.

I have given plenty examples of your lies and you know it so here you come with another one saying I didn`t!! I don't watch Fox news and MSNBC and CNN are totally left leaning biased news sites so of course you believe everything they say!! I have no doubt you love racist Joy Reid on MSNBC!! Mediaite has shown that Fox rates at the top for viewers above your MSNBC and CNN in 2023!! Yeah - you keep watching losers on these left leaning biased news sites and their plethora of lies!

Nothing new about President's using prejudicial lawyers to achieve their goals. Look at the SCOTUS judges trump appointed to get rid of Roe v. Wade, trading a constitutional violation for votes from religious groups. An obvious violation of the separation of church and state. I have yet to hear about the latest NY charges. But, if the law is on the books, so what? The law is the law.

There it is AGAIN - prejudice!! Anybody not agreeing with your views is prejudice!! WHAT constitutional violation?? Did SCOTUS ban abortion in this country?? Show us just where 'separation of church and state' is in the Constitution!! Tell us how you know more about law than Dershowitz, a law professor and Democrat, who said the laws that are being used against Trump are bogus!!

Go read your constitution. Try the part about Congress shall make no law respecting religion. Roe v. Wade was based on that constitutional statement. And it has been violated by trump's appointed judges. Yes, the SCOTUS reversed a constitutionally based federal precedent that protected abortions nationwide. Now, every religious narcissist is out there trying to turn America into a theocracy. Furthermore, a lawyer is, exactly, a professional liar. He or she has to be that in order to protect their clients. And I have more than passing familiarity with our justice system, including expert witness services in both federal and state courts. Additionally, in 1979 or 1980, I recommended that the District Engineer of the Detroit District Corps of Engineers deny a permit to a developer who wanted to fill a beautiful wetland next to Lake St Clair adjacent to Detroit for construction of a condominium. I was the Detroit District Chief of the Environmental Branch at the time. The permit was denied, and the developer sued the Corps of Engineers and me. I worked with the US Attorneys through lower courts, ultimately to the SCOTUS. In 1982, the SCOTUS found that I was correct in my interpretation of the Clean Water Act and Amendments of 1975 and that it was correct to deny the permit. This established the precedent that the Corps of Engineers had the authority to require permits for "all the waters of the United States. " Not just navigable waters as was the case prior to the Clean Water Act. So, yes, when I believe I am right, I will not hesitate to take on a lawyer. Call that what you will. I call it doing the right thing and following the law.

Are you telling me the SCOTUS was not basing their opinion on the constitution? Where might I find verifiable evidence?

ONE MORE TIME - I don`t give a damn about what you have done!!! YOU do NOT impress me!! Again - did SCOTUS ban abortion in this country?? Name those who are trying to turn this country into your 'theocracy'!! The last I knew forcefully stopping the heartbeat of another human being was murder and the heartbeat of a child can be detected at 7 weeks!! And why is a person charged with two murders if that person kills a pregnant woman and her baby dies with her? Your ignorance of what the Supreme Court based their decision on regarding abortion is astounding!! They based it on the due process clause of the 14th amendment regrading privacy and that was very sketchy at best and the SCOTUS of today corrected it!! For someone who thinks they are so smart and knows it all you are ignorant as all hell!!

I believe you are correct. Few in here believe in facts, history, education, truth, or equality. Therefore, they don't believe
in truth, facts, history, etc. They appear to believe in the false information from the right wing media. All of which has the purpose of continuing the process of moving the wealth in America from the working class to the wealthy. And it has been going on for over 55 years. Don't believe? Get the information directly from the IRS. I did.

Still listening to and believing your pundits, right? You ask a question, I answer, and you blow up like a punctured balloon. You asked about my thoughts on disagreement with an attorney. I answered and gave you evidence why I would not hesitate to take on an attorney. And you ignore it. And the 14th amendment is simple window dressing for the real reasons behind the end of Roe v. Wade. And if you believe religion is not behind the abortion bans, you are not as omniscient as you think you are. To your other question, the Christian nationalists are attempting to push religion into government via the Republican party. In any case, I will no longer respond to you. You are unable to control your temper, you believe liars, and you consistently attack me personally instead of debating political issues.

I second that Rose. We are being used. The congressmen and senators decide the laws we have to obey but of course those laws are not made for them to obey. They make millions and millions of dollars , close to a trillion on getting re-elected but the scum bags pull SNAAP out of Alabama so they can starve little kids. Just seriously stop ranting around and really look at these laws they are enacting. Truly we are being run by the worst among us

I certainly 2nd that! Children must be fed.

Who stopped SNAP benefits in AL? That's the the person (or people) who should not be in government.
