I lean more towards its not a right, it's an individual responsibility. Just like everything else when the Feds get their rump scratching fingers into a civilian run program it cost more, is less effective, efficient and taxpayers have to bail the Democrats out.
Search the Constitution for the right to an abortion, the right to Healthcare, the right for a college education and a President's authority to excuse student debt and place it on the backs of taxpayers who couldn't afford college or struggled to pay for their own child's education.
