The fact is simple enough for anyone with a clear mind to understand. It's not against the law to BE here. It's only against the law to cross the border without permission.

I'll use a simple analogy to illustrate how ridiculous your claim is.

If you are driving to work at 50 mph on a road that has a posted speed limit of 40 mph. It means you broke the law getting to work. But there is no actual law that says you can't BE at work.

I KNOW you have broken the law at some point... we all have. You either rolled through a stop sign, went a little over the speed limit. Maybe you even ate pickles in Trenton on a Sunday (which is actually illegal) But does that make you an illegal person? Of course not. This is precisely why the law does NOT refer to undocumented immigrants as "illegals".

But like I said, your post isn't about the law, it's about your bigotry and for that it makes all the sense in the world to call them "illegals" or if you're like Trump, you don't even have to stop there... You can all them murders and rapists and "bad people" from shit-hole countries. Whatever you think will demonize them and promote your hatred and racism.

Leftist programs have been around for longer than a century. They were at their apex during the 40's 50's and 60's, a period that you numbskulls keep referring to as the days when America was great. Right-wing attacks on these programs started in the 70's and really kicked in during the 80s. Here's what we've seen since then... stagnant wages, wealth concentration in the top 1%, outsourcing jobs and the disappearance of the single-income family.

So if you really want to make America great again, all you really have to do is follow the road back to the left instead of being suckered into conceding yet more freedom and power to the plutocrats that have been fleecing you since Reagan.

For any number of his fukups. Try not to get tangled up in my analogy... I was referring to the "other countries"... obviously the less civilized countries in the third world such as Iraq where the people hung Hussein, essentially because they didn't like him. Most Americans don't like Trump. A LOT of American hate his guts for good reasons.

So yes, he's lucky to be in a country with a legal system that bends over backwards to protect the rights of its defendants and to give even the worst people a fair chance.

Hung for what... Jesus. This is always the go-to for Trump groupies, the reach for legal status, where anything for which there is not a specific prohibition is considered fair game.

Here's just a few examples of things he did that were not specifically illegal but still earns the hatred he gets.

1. Trump hardly ever made a public statement without lying... But if you're not under oath, lying isn't actually illegal.
2. His entire presidency is rife with attempts to violate civil rights for which the ONLY reason he can't be convicted is that the courts didn't allow him to actually commit the violations. For example his total ban on Muslims.
3. Trump also violated the human rights of immigrants, such as separating families and abusing immigrants in detention.
4. Trump also violated several provisions in the the U.S. Constitution, starting with Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 8 by using his office to direct diplomatic visits and events on properties that he profited from. He actually got a pass on that one. But when he attempted to bribe a foreign dignitary for his own personal benefit, Congress had to draw a line and they DID convict him. The Senate chose not to remove him from office as a result of his conviction but that doesn't mean he wasn't tried and convicted. He WAS found guilty... both times! And as a result, he WAS impeached... twice! Just because a judge decides not to hang a felon convicted by a jury doesn't mean he's innocent. Trump WAS found guilty of violating the Constitution. That is a FACT.
5. Trump also added a massive load to the national debt without any pressing need for it.
6. Trump also stacked the Supreme Court, which you might like today because you probably equate that to a victory on the abortion issue, but The Supreme Court does more than denying abortion rights. What's to say, you won't wake up one morning and find yourself desperately on the wrong side of the conservative court? Anyone who knows ANYTHING about American civics should know that on a fundamental level, a court should always remain balanced. That's why Lady Justice is holding a scale while blindfolded. It's THAT symbolic! And Trump clearly screwed it!
7. He also created the situation at the southern border that Biden is trying to deal with by slapping needless sanctions on Venezuela that caused a mass exodus. Nothing illegal here either but the damage is colossal.
8. He also surrendered to the Taliban without consulting with the provisional government in Kabul and then left it to Biden to clean up the mess. This was a huge hit to our reputation as a stable ally.
9. He also damaged our reputation as a stable ally by playing silly games with Russia and North Korea.
10. He further damaged our reputation as a stable ally by ripping apart one of our own international agreements that was quite possibly the last stand for global consensus. Obama's deal with Iran, China, Russia, the EU and the US to put as much of a cap on Iran's nuclear program as we possibly could. Trump just rips it up. Basically for a PR stunt. Did he replace it with a better deal? No. He didn't have the ability. He's a clown and world leaders all know it. So he couldn't sit with serious world leaders and actually negotiate like Obama did. But since we elected him to the office of the president, he DID have the authority to renege and he did.

I'm not even going to mention his racist inclinations, or his incitement to violence that may have led to the limp-wristed "insurrection" on Jan 6th.

We gave Trump astounding power that should NEVER go to anyone who hasn't already proven himself to be responsible. We allowed a complete idiot to piss on our alliances, stomp on the balance of our justice system and wipe his ass with our constitution.

And you ask what would he be hung for.

People don't understand that the president does not own the oil industry or food production. I a capitalistic society those industries are privately owned or publicly owned if they are traded on any of the exchanges. That means that that those commodities will carry the highest price that the market will bear. Since the Reagan years competition in the petroleum industry and in the food industry competition has been getting smaller and smaller due to mergers and by squeezing out businesses that were competitive but either not willing to merge or deemed not to be consequential enough to warrant a merge. With fewer competitors and a significant amount of evidence to suggest collusion in pricing the controlling corporations have been increasing their profit margins by unnatural amounts to the point where they are setting records quarter after quarter after quarter without doing things that could possibly account for the increases. It's called price gouging and Joe Biden is the only president in history who is requesting legislation to make it stop.
