Good point... Voting isn't just about federal issues. I would offer the same answer, that I did for your jury duty question if not for the fact that unlike jury selections, there is no overarching rule that says you have to be a citizen to vote. The rules are established at each level of government for which the election is applied and there are examples throughout our history where non-citizens were allowed to vote.

For me personally, it's the same rule that I mentioned earlier. I advocate meritocracy. If you are working to contribute toward the community you should have a voice. Period. I don't give a fat rats ass about whether someone is a citizen or not. In fact I advocate for the abolishment of citizenship entirely. It's an entitlement and nothing more. Most people get their citizenship by virtue of being born here and like I said rats and fleas are also born here. So it literally means nothing.

Most criminals are in fact, citizens... that includes rapists, murders, thieves, thugs and traitors. That means that being a citizen is NO guarantee that you have any interest in defending or contributing to this country or the people in it, especially if you're a citizen by birth, because these are the people that never had to swear an oath just to be a citizen.

Short of abolishing the elitist concept of citizenship entirely, I would strongly urge that NO ONE can become a citizen without going through the same naturalization process that immigrants have to go through. Take the damned civics test that most US-born citizen can't even pass and swear an oath. THEN we can at least say that a citizen is someone who has at least promised to uphold the national interest.

Well stated, my friend.

Cue the responses from right-wing fanatics that will swear all 61 court cases were orchestrated by Marxists. LOL

Listen up cupcake. We're all very well aware you're totally in the dark how you Leftist engage in and endorse cultural Marxism. You really have no clue and you do not want to know. If you did, you'd investigate on your own but you're so indelibly stuck on stupid you don't dare, it'd be too excruciating painful.

If I were a much younger man I'd opt for a Barrett .50 caliber sniper rifle and join the revolution to help save the Republic from you consciously immoral and evil Marxist. The only way evil of the intensity you advocate and promote is ever destroyed and defeated is to kill it. Why do you reckon this is?

The only way you'll win in 2025 is the same way you won last time when you cheated.

You're right! Cuba, China, NOKO, the former Soviet Union and current day Russia, many violent countries in Africa and the Old South when Democrats lynched Blacks. The sort of countries you leftist are turning America into. In America you are up against patriots who are backed up by the 2nd Amendment and the Constitutional right to defend the Republic.

For any number of his fukups. Try not to get tangled up in my analogy... I was referring to the "other countries"... obviously the less civilized countries in the third world such as Iraq where the people hung Hussein, essentially because they didn't like him. Most Americans don't like Trump. A LOT of American hate his guts for good reasons.

So yes, he's lucky to be in a country with a legal system that bends over backwards to protect the rights of its defendants and to give even the worst people a fair chance.

Hung for what... Jesus. This is always the go-to for Trump groupies, the reach for legal status, where anything for which there is not a specific prohibition is considered fair game.

Here's just a few examples of things he did that were not specifically illegal but still earns the hatred he gets.

1. Trump hardly ever made a public statement without lying... But if you're not under oath, lying isn't actually illegal.
2. His entire presidency is rife with attempts to violate civil rights for which the ONLY reason he can't be convicted is that the courts didn't allow him to actually commit the violations. For example his total ban on Muslims.
3. Trump also violated the human rights of immigrants, such as separating families and abusing immigrants in detention.
4. Trump also violated several provisions in the the U.S. Constitution, starting with Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 8 by using his office to direct diplomatic visits and events on properties that he profited from. He actually got a pass on that one. But when he attempted to bribe a foreign dignitary for his own personal benefit, Congress had to draw a line and they DID convict him. The Senate chose not to remove him from office as a result of his conviction but that doesn't mean he wasn't tried and convicted. He WAS found guilty... both times! And as a result, he WAS impeached... twice! Just because a judge decides not to hang a felon convicted by a jury doesn't mean he's innocent. Trump WAS found guilty of violating the Constitution. That is a FACT.
5. Trump also added a massive load to the national debt without any pressing need for it.
6. Trump also stacked the Supreme Court, which you might like today because you probably equate that to a victory on the abortion issue, but The Supreme Court does more than denying abortion rights. What's to say, you won't wake up one morning and find yourself desperately on the wrong side of the conservative court? Anyone who knows ANYTHING about American civics should know that on a fundamental level, a court should always remain balanced. That's why Lady Justice is holding a scale while blindfolded. It's THAT symbolic! And Trump clearly screwed it!
7. He also created the situation at the southern border that Biden is trying to deal with by slapping needless sanctions on Venezuela that caused a mass exodus. Nothing illegal here either but the damage is colossal.
8. He also surrendered to the Taliban without consulting with the provisional government in Kabul and then left it to Biden to clean up the mess. This was a huge hit to our reputation as a stable ally.
9. He also damaged our reputation as a stable ally by playing silly games with Russia and North Korea.
10. He further damaged our reputation as a stable ally by ripping apart one of our own international agreements that was quite possibly the last stand for global consensus. Obama's deal with Iran, China, Russia, the EU and the US to put as much of a cap on Iran's nuclear program as we possibly could. Trump just rips it up. Basically for a PR stunt. Did he replace it with a better deal? No. He didn't have the ability. He's a clown and world leaders all know it. So he couldn't sit with serious world leaders and actually negotiate like Obama did. But since we elected him to the office of the president, he DID have the authority to renege and he did.

I'm not even going to mention his racist inclinations, or his incitement to violence that may have led to the limp-wristed "insurrection" on Jan 6th.

We gave Trump astounding power that should NEVER go to anyone who hasn't already proven himself to be responsible. We allowed a complete idiot to piss on our alliances, stomp on the balance of our justice system and wipe his ass with our constitution.

And you ask what would he be hung for.

You're confusing an organization touting a name to the actual Church Militant. Obviously you Googled Church Militant, unaware of what it was, and thought you'd make a point out of something completely unrelated. It was a dumb attempt.

Of course I'd heard the term..you persist in believing I am not a Christian because I'm not your type of Christian, filled with hate for those who don't agree with you.

I did Google it because I wondered about the history behind the term - if it was from the Methodist Church or Catholic, or some other denomination. I don't believe it's Biblical - is it?

Anyway - that link was about two or three down. Because the lost appeal and resulting collapse was recent.

Perhaps they were fighting the wrong battles. I don't know. Didn't read about it.

Biden is in no way involved in ANY of the prosecutions against Trump. In fact, many of the lawsuits were filed BEFORE Trump even took office and were pending the whole time he was in the White House due to the executive privilege of the office.

When you advocate abortion that hatred for the absolute sanctity of innocent harmless life is so great that unconfessed it is a guaranteed one way trip to hell and well it should be. It is the greatest of all evils because in it you make claim that evil is good and good is evil. Best look to yourself.

You are a unapologetic, unconfessed compromising Christian. That's neither my type of Christian nor is it Christ's.

The hatred you have expressed here in the vitriol-fiilled posts you direct at those you consider enemies is not the mark of a true Christ follower.
