I have an idea. Why do we not start with the bloody idiot prosecutors using the existing laws. How about actually charging for “armed” robbery instead of reducing it to simply robbery? How about charging assault with a deadly weapon instead of simply assault. I know that may be a novel idea to your ilk; however, there are over 300 gun laws on the books. USE THEM!!!

So of the 50,000 firearm deaths in the country this would only reduce the carnage by four thousand deaths. A drop in the Bucket for MAGA morons, a laudable improvement for the rest of the country.

Your math is as faulty as your reasoning.

Do you really think these shooters who have stolen or bought their guns through nefarious means are all of a sudden going to begin following any laws?????

Like biden's government.

For most of my life, the dem party leaders always have lied that they don’t want to take away our second amendment rights…. until Biden admitted it finally. He wants both our “pistols and rifles” to be off our streets. That’s in lieu of going after the criminals who use these guns, instead of law abiding citizens who have a constitutional right to own them.

Imo, with Biden’s open border policy and 10,000 (and growing) of Biden’s illegal invaders he/the anti-second amendment group are looking to disarm us. Totally unacceptable. Odd to me that they wait until after all Biden’s illegals are now living in America, they want our guns.

At one time Biden gave Americans some very wrong advice of using guns and just shooting through our doors. The man needs to be removed asap. He’s become a threat to our US Constitutional rights.

That’s not all they’re proposing. I’m not a licensed gun seller, but I have a right to sell/give or trade any guns I own to whomever I choose. (Private sale)

This isn’t the first time the government has tried to put even more regulations on our rights, we’ve been down this road before. Matter of fact even Putin, in the past, has recommended Americans not give up our guns/gun rights. It’s easy to grasp why he’d recommend that.

Source and Use of Firearms Involved in Crimes: Survey of Prison Inmates, 2016
An estimated 287,400 prisoners had possessed a firearm during their offense. Among these, more than half (56%) had either stolen it (6%), found it at the scene of the crime (7%), or obtained it off the street or from the underground market (43%). Most of the remainder (25%) had obtained it from a family member or friend, or as a gift. Seven percent had purchased it under their own name from a licensed firearm dealer.

Among prisoners who possessed a firearm during their offense, 0.8% obtained it at a gun show.

Do explain the ”gun-show loophole”.

There is no gun show loophole. The moron known as 5B is trolling. Every firearm I have seen for sale online always says FFL required and the seller will only ship to an FFL. Same thing at gun shows. Licensed Dealer are required by law to do an NCIS background check.

Maybe you should have to sell your car, or your lawnmower, or pimp your body through a licensed dealer.
