Biden took documents home from his time as Veep. They were stored in his home. He discovered he had them. He called the FBI and Biden allowed his homes to be searched, and to be interviewed, too.. Pence wasn't charged and he did the same thing as President Biden. Biden wasn't charged because there isn't a jury in the US that would convict him.

He took documents home when he was a Senator also. He's given thousands of docs to the Penn Center. He knew he had them for years you addle brained idi**. Of course he willfully retained documents and intent does not matter. It was a crime. People like you running cover for him is why this country is a mess. They recorded the interview and it's obvious to anyone but a vegetable that Biden is a cognitive mess and a danger to himself and the country. Trump has been accused of disseminating his documents. Biden definitively disseminated his classified documents.

Trumps were under SS protection. Bidens were in multiple locations with NO security.

trump tried to keep what he stole, refused to return it, said he did not have it. said he could keep it.. required a search warrant and lawful police raid to recover many dozens of boxes..

Biden was careless, when they turned up he called the authorities and they recovered the one box partially used to contain some documents.. he and Pence both admitted the carelessness and all the documents were recovered.

Pence was not charged either... but no damning comments were made about his memory..
