The swamp critters won't let any cash cow like the IRS go away.. Why do you think they have estate taxes, income taxes, capital gains taxes. The rules of governing are you tax those things you want to curtail and subsidise those activies you want to flurish. So you tax the making of wealth and subidise welfare. See where this is going???
