We know what the left's definition is. My point is, I don't think you should let the leftists drag you down to their level. In my opinion, the phrase "non-viable fetus" should never be acknowledged as applying to a living human being. Think of that phrase like the word "ni%@er", if they can get you to repeat the word, they have justified their position by merely making it a legitimate talking point. that's like negotiating with terrorists, but this makes it negotiating with murder-enablers. It is not a valid, acceptable phrase simply by the fact that by it they are denigrating a human life to a status of non-viability based on their own convenience level. This is the same attitude that allowed slaves to be considered sub-human and thus legitimate chattels of other, self-designatedly-so superior humans. In other words, their use of "non-viable" is a "Margeret-Sanger-ism" and should be called out as such.

In my opinion, no living human being should be denigrated to the status of a "non-viable fetus". If an unborn human baby is alive, it is viable by that fact alone, even though it is every bit as utterly dependent on others for survival as a new born is.

Non-viable means it is not capable of survival outside of the womb. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. It happens all throughout the animal kingdom....

[If one doesn't want to have baby with a controlling man then end the relationship or have protection to not getting pregnant. There are many ways to prevent pregnancy or seek help from 'Center for Relationship Abuse Awareness & Action']

#2...or a man who was abusing her kids. [Then end the relationship and do the same as suggest on #1 or 'Child Protection Agency']

#3...or was in college. [An educated woman should know how to prevent pregnancy.] And be responsible.

It boils down to that everyone of us needs to take responsibility of our own destiny and action. One should not dump the responsibility on someone else.

We all should have the rights what to do your our own body like you should have the rights to abortion but not after the heart beat that become murder. The same as people should have the rights to not put vaccinate in their body if they chose not to have it. My body is my body what I do with my body is my business and no one else.

I hope they overturn Rowe, but I don't think they will. Why? John Roberts is a well known gay pedophile, that is how they control him. Maybe this time the other Justices will tell him that he isn't a queen. The whole thing is iffy.
Oh the girls who couldn't keep their legs closed, why? They know a condom usually works just as much as the guy. Typical demo talking point shift the blame to the victim.

The dictionary definition of non-viable is: "not viable : not capable of living, growing, developing, or functioning successfully" https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/nonviable

A totally dependent new-born baby is "non-viable" under such a broad definition until they can self-sustain themselves.

Where do you want to draw the line?

Better to use a more applicable term in my mind. "Living unborn human being" comes to mind.

Examples of a non-viable pregnancy:

- A chemical pregnancy, when the fertilized egg does not properly implant in the uterus.

- An ectopic pregnancy, when the fertilized egg implants outside of the uterus, typically in a fallopian tube.

- A molar pregnancy, when a tumor develops in the uterus at the beginning of the pregnancy as a result of a genetic error.

- A blighted ovum, when the pregnancy stops after the gestational sac forms.

- Abnormal chromosome count or congenital defects that prevent the baby from surviving.

- A birth that is so premature that the baby is unable to survive outside the womb.

If the government were to say that "a fetus is non-viable until it can self-sustain itself" then abortion would be justified on children until they are 18 or 20... or whatever age they are when they are able to self-sustain themselves. That's probably a law that Dems would love to see on the books!

There are a few factors there, abusive men wouldn't be caught dead using a condom, to hard on their freedoms and all, abusive men often threaten to kill women that try to leave them, and the statistics on carrying through with that are alarmingly high.

So easy for those on the outside to talk about solutions for abused women, it ain't that easy

Too often it's the guys that are too macho to use a condom, "I'll pull out" being a bigger lie than I won't go all the way
