About 38 states have laws stating that if one causes the death of the life that is in the womb through a criminal act they can be criminally charged. If that life is not a person how can that be? Some of the laws even refer to it as an unborn child. Referring to it always as a fetus is just a liberal's way of degrading that life and justifying murder.
