Apparently your long article is not in keeping up with reality. The current administration wants to hike prices with the intent of the less fortunate to reduce their consumption because of it. Make $en$e? Like everything else coming from Washington.

In case you mist it, fresh water deep wells under the lake keeps taking away from what is pumped there.
Also the water being so far below sea level will be warm. This warm water will evaporate into the atmosphere helping to lower water level in the lake and add moisture into the air helping to fight the drought in the Pacific southwest.
This fresh water being sent to the cities, farms producing food crops and watering livestock again adding to our problem stricken food chain finding relief.
By monitering the water level in the inland salt lake, California can keep the water level so it never gets too deep. You either slow the rate siphoning from the ocean, or drill more deep fresh water wells to send fresh water to California.
If you end up with too much fresh water for California, they can build a peline and sell some to Arizona, which needs it too.

The idea that there is an exponential increase in power output by turbine size has its limits at some point for instance the tip speed of the blades becomes supersonic like a bullwhip. There is a good reason we do not have fixed wing aircraft the size of supertankers. I am convinced that much of the solution in energy use comes from gains in efficency. One LED or CF light bulb produces the same light as an incandescent bulb with a small percentage of the energy use. I have a car that is bigger inside and more powerful than the one I drove in the 80s and yet uses half of the fuel.

Of the three main Abrahamic monotheistic religious belief sets followed in the world the teachings of Christ are by far the most liberal and those of Mohammed the most conservative. Wouldn't it make much more sense for political conservatives to convert to Islam which more closely follows their values than the futile attempt to corrupt Christian theology to fit their beliefs

Words written about 2,500 years ago (Job) have been proven over timeto predict the exact day Jesus would ride a donkey into Jerusalem. It foretold to the exact day, Israel would be made a nation again on May14 1948 a shshow far was blown at 6PM in the evening signaling the nation's rebirth.
The United States of America was the first nation to call and recognize them as a nation and as a people.

I have already Invented, and Patented with international PCT-filing (2014), a Roadway Renewable Energy Generation (harvesting) System that, when embedded into the roadways at strategic high-traffic volume locations (e.g. off-ramps; freeway beltways; shopping malls; airport parking; Fleet/Lease lots; etc.), will produce sufficient electricity for every EV/HEV auto needing it along their travel path via roadside charging stations. Each deployed location will also produce huge volume of renewable (green) energy that can be gathered at roadside, and transmitted to regional Virtual Power Plants-VPPs, the Grids, or support the Vehicle-to-Grid concepts. My technology has already been officially and favorably reviewed by DOT/VOLPE Center, and the US DOT. Further, there are at least 21-States that have laws demanding that the regional Power Companies must buy my alternate energy production (if it is transformed to correct Voltage/Amperage) under Feed-In Tariff rules. However the whole Alternate Energy market is rigged-against inventing alternates to fossil fuels. My problems thus far: (1) I am not an Electro-Mechanical Engineer and therefore, cannot find a way to shepherd my technology through Prototyping and Proof-of-Concept; (2) I am very poor and cannot afford to hire such Electro-Mechanical Engineers (the PCT Patenting used more than $10,000 alone); (3) all the Prototyping companies I approached demanded large Payments - just for them to consider my technology, and demanded that I must pay them just to write a Proposal to my company to do the work; (4) all the large Electrical companies either told me to sign-away my Patent Rights to them, or alternatively "go-away until you finish Proof-of-Concept"; (5) I do not know how to 'Crowd-Source Fund' my Prototyping.
