Native Americans still have to follow federal laws along with tribal laws. Cities still have to follow federal laws but do have their own local laws, businesses, schools, cops or whatever. There are over 26 cities and over 100 smaller towns and unincorporated areas with majority African American population in the US. Sounds to me like they already have their own opportunity for self rule.

I don't know, Wolf. Somehow the idea of giving them California, and letting them hash it out with the illegals and the Liberals seems appealing. I'd definitely pay folding money to watch the show.
