You are absolutely correct that the natural born citizen clause of thye constitution is the important factor. The constitution does not define natural born citizen, nor does it define the other words used.

Natural born citizen is defined by the Supreme Court in 1875 an Obama does not qualify.

Over 100 lawsuits have been filed seekng to get an official ruling that Obama is or is not eligible to occupy the White House. All these cases have been dismissed for one reason or another WITHOUT A RULING THAT OBAMA IS OR IS NOT ELIGIBLE.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has said that the court is evading the issue.

Up to now this thread is a really good one in which some new or relatively new people are writing. Only one of those who think that we should not try to vet people after the fact has stepped in and that tells me something.

Folks, do you not realize that the easiest way for the House members to get around impeachment of Obama is that they know the Senate would never throw him out, at least the one we have now.

Impeachment is nothing but accusation and if they impeached enough of Obama's people who deserve it I think that more people would come to understand what is going on. How about impeaching Holder and Lerner? Would that start the ball rolling toward getting to the top man? Once enough accusations of crime have been put out more and more people will begin to look at what is going on.

Ok, how do those $175,000 a year Representatives get the message about impeachment? Their constituents need to tell them that they will vote for somebody's dog for the job if they don't get off their butts. I firmly believe that if enough people would do their jobs as voters those elected officials would begin to see the handwriting on the wall. Lets all start enlisting all our friends and relatives to put some pressure on their Representatives. It just might work.

I'd like to ask a "generic" question. Can we all agree that, IF this document is a fake, that there's some serious questions that would need to be asked of the people around Mr. Obama?

Is this NOT less than "a matter of opinion"? Is this not a demonstrable or falsifiable hypothesis (that it MUST be a fake)? Would a forensic review in the mainstream press not avail the president to avoid a cloud over his head?

The most open-minded forensic work to date seems to argue strongly for the "fake" hypothesis. Let's get it out in the mainstream, where other forensics people can get a look at it. If we're wrong, we'll go down in flames, right in front of y'all. But I don't think so.

I am not sure about this but if OIllegal is proved to be illegal which he is then that would void the ticket since they ran together in the election. I don't really know how it would go from there. Maybe it would then be awarded to Romney/Ryan but I'm not sure.

Nothing needs to be done retroactively, all those guys are long dead. Are you arguing that we have no right, as a sovereign country, to decide who gets to come here? A country IS borders and every other country in the world guards theirs jealously. Why would we be any different, especially with a cohort of low-value third world people, all of whom share a common language. No problem assimilating those folks, eh?

This isn't about being "nice". It's about managing a process that America already does more than any other country on the face of the planet.

Isn't there enough data now to impeach Obama with Fast & Furious, Benghazi, Telephone Taps AP, IRS, and NSA stuff to put him in the box? We all know he has done nothing to clean up the mess, has not fired anyone, nor taken any action at all. He is in over his head. All he is capable of doing is giving snow-job speaches! Don't forget the lame stream media as they have done their fair share protecting this slimeball. Even if we prove this beyond a shadow of a doubt the lame stream media will always shill for OIllegal. Maybe if if we actually started either the impeachment process or the investigation into his past before congress maybe then we might get some lame stream media attention even if it were to attack us. Just maybe the message would get out but after seeing everything else and the way it has been handled I highly doubt we will get the exposure that say a republican president would get if this were the case. Then the lame stream media would be having a feeding frenzy and you would have to beat them off with a stick.
