Hey, fatassfiction, have ya heard the latest? President Trump has been impeached. How about that? And, like the other two before him, he was acquitted.

In an impeachment of a president the HOR levels charges against him. Impeachment does not in itself remove him from office; it's very much like an indictment in criminal law, and thus it is essentially the statement of charges against him

Funny thing though about the impeachment of president Trump. When you compare his impeachment with that of Johnson and Clinton, you run into some interesting facts. You know, those damned things that leftists just cannot tolerate. Trying to give a leftist a fact is like trying to drag a vampire into the sunlight.

Andrew Johnson faced 11 articles of impeachment prepared by a bipartisan House. Took 'em about 3 months to impeach and acquit him.

Bill Clinton faced 2 articles of impeachment prepared by a bipartisan House, one under Article 1 of the constitution and one under Article two, the first article of impeachment had 4 counts, the second had 7. Took 'em two months to impeach and acquit.

Both Johnson and Clinton were actually in office when the impeachment proceedings began. They were both shown the courtesy of legally defending themselves throughout the impeachment proceedings. Not so in president Trump's case.

The impeachment of president Trump began on November 9, 2016, 73 days before he was officially sworn in as POTUS and has continued unabated ever since. This attempt to remove a sitting president is the work of an an entirely PARTISAN select group of elitist progressive psychopaths in the HOR, and it took 'em nearly four years to manufacture something, anything, screw the constitution and rule of law. They lowered the bar for impeachment charges to the level that might match a parking ticket.

Now, if those partisan progressive maniacs would just accept the fact and MOVE ON, we could be done with this monumental travesty.

That is true,actually no president has ever been impeached and thrown out of office,BUT !! it is constantly noted -THAT- there has been three presidents , one that resigned before his impeachment,and the other two were impeached,but we're aquitted,and evidently, Donald John Trump will not upset the fray.

they have nothing better to "harp on". Just like they didn't have anything (articles of impeachment) wise to go after him with. Two of the weakest impeachment articles they could come up with. No crime, no extortion, no bribery. A complete joke. They made a complete joke out of the entire impeachment process. It will make Trump's job on November 3rd just that much easier.
