He's referring to Suzanne Coleman who allegedly had an affair with B. Clinton, got pregnant, and purportedly committed suicide by a gunshot to the back of the head...at least that's what the coroner wrote for cause of death. There was no autopsy performed. Clinton was her law professor at the time (Feb 1977).
