All those Progressives and Liberals who are still crying over killary would vote for him. And there are millions who still believe she won the election. Couple this with the new arrivals... definitely would vote for him. As for playing second string.... if he runs, the entire nation would know this is a work around the 22nd amendment... obama would take control again. If someone who is running put him on the ballot, it would be an automatic win (unless Republicans get off their behinds). One thing for sure.... voting security must be in place before 2020.
