Do you honestly think except for the brand Trump actually runs those companies? Hundreds of businesses, thousands of employees and you act shocked some become dissatisfied. Well welcome to the real world. Many court cases are settled with no admission of guilt or fault. I fought a case once. Some slob saying I owed their estate money after her father my friend passed. They sued for $1500. I won. My attorney and costs was around $2700. So yea I get why some just pay off instead of fight some BS case. You really don’t know much about life outside your perceived talking points. At least you can hate Trump every second of every day to give your life meaning.

Do you know statistically speaking that about 95 percent of pending lawsuits end in a pre-trial settlement??? This country is so litigious we sue over just about anything anymore...Escalates costs and burdons our Courts with garbage that should have been dismissed..

Tort reform is most definitely needed however judges shy away from dismissing unfounded litigation not wanting to violate the person’s right to a trial...
