I agree fully with your assessments. More than anything there is something disturbingly wrong when there is a Russian around every Trump corner. Everywhere you look there is a Russian tie or some indirect affiliation. What are we to make of that? What has been revealed so far is beyond smoke; it is a raging fire. Trump and his Republican cohorts in Congress are destroying this country. And to think the GOP was supposedly made up of patriots. Well, they have destroyed such persona -- which I never believed from the start. It's party over country for members of the GOP. and Trump over everything.
Well, Trump and those insane enough to protect him deserve to go down together! Hurry Mr. Mueller!

No man is above the law including the president. Those who put him in office do not get to decide what he gets charged with and what he doesn't.

My guess is that Mueller has a dozen things that could have been used to trigger an impeachment in any past time in history. The danger is that the GOP has set the stage to disregard anything Mueller says. Much if not all will be considered classified, which leaves the GOP to say whatever they want knowing it's not the facts. Hopefully Mueller will make his disclosure and recommendations public so there can be no hidden room misrepresentations. My guess is that his results will be read in open chamber to congress, live on CNN.

Knowing that there is a very real chance that republicans could take a recommendation for impeachment and instead demand a long drawn out investigation of the investigation, Mueller is going to go for something that forces the need for Congress to act. Crimes such as money laundering, racketeering, tax fraud. Any of these things that carry criminal charges are good, and end Donald's presidency. The biggest potential is obstruction, every time Trump has opened his mouth or tweeted anything that undermines the investigation or those involved it is part of obstruction. Calls for investigations to be stopped are obstruction. Firing Comey was openly acknowledged as being about putting a stop to the investigation.

It was 100% clear that Mueller was taking this into consideration when he announced that he was opening up a joint investigation with New York's attorney general. No matter what happens to Mueller everything he is working on is not going away. Pardons will not work against state prosecutions, for himself, his kids, Flynn, Manafort, Page, none of the people who have been indicted and plead guilty are going to be pardoned. A pardon for any key witness against Trump is another nail in obstruction charges.

Congress could have opened up an impeachment a long time ago, and had Obama tried to interfere in any way with the endless Benghazi investigations he would have been hammered for obstruction. Years worth of endless investigations, did he once interfere and say enough? Now leak after leak is giving us a very clear picture of what this is about. I don't have a clue how anyone can look at what charges have been brought that resulted in guilty pleas and plea bargains and not realize that there are there's there. Come on, Flynn cutting a deal to protect his son, from what? His son is guilty of illegal acts as much as Flynn is, if he weren't Flynn wouldn't have to cut a deal to protect him.

Before running on already having made up minds, wait to see what the hard evidence looks like. There is something wrong with protecting a guilty person when he's busted. Evidence can't be made up, and investigations that result in evidence and proof of wrong doing is what it is. Trump is such an idiot you have to admit that he deserves everything he's bringing on himself.
