"Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness"-without the first, the other two are meaningless. At first the abortion movement claimed it was okay to butcher an unborn because it wasn't a baby, just a fetus. As medical technology advanced it became more difficult to claim that the unborn weren't human, and then it became "the most difficult decision a woman could make". They still cling to the fetus line, because they can't admit that they are butchering babies. If a pregnant women is attacked and her baby dies, there can be charges filed. Abortion is the most barbaric savage, uncivilized act there is. A civilized person can NEVER support abortion, with the one exception of if a woman would lose her life to remain pregnant, (that counts as self defense), although many women spend months in bed and go to extraordinary lengths to avoid abortion even if it might jeopardize her life. Abortion is murder, NOT a medical procedure. The acceptance of abortion as a right, has cheapened life, and corrupted and debased our culture.

I wonder how many of our lefties know that it is fast becoming acceptable to abort Downs babies. I read today that there is a gene for homosexuals and some are using that as an excuse. Too many things involving abortion are becoming available for those who want abortions. I have to wonder if only Christians feel they must avoid abortion because that little, living thing was a creation of God. Enough of the leaners here don't consider God as a part of pregnancy because they don't tend to be Christian.
