I agree with everything you have posted. I agree with the names you called out and there are more. Sir, the only way we are going to drain this swamp is to stop giving them the stump. I know, trust me I know how hard it is to refrain from replying. I think AirFartOne and Kevyn are the two that piss me off the most. Last week ADMIN pulled some of my posts, and I'm glad they did, because what I wrote would have started another Civil War. So, I have decided to use another tactic. I'm just going to laugh at them and reply in a manner to show just how stupid they are. I'm not going to get into a pissing contest with them. That's what they want, so why give them the satisfaction ? JUST IGNORE THEM.

Go ahead....'drain the swamp'. Get rid of all the posters who disagree with the Trump supporters. Perhaps you guys can get the OPP administration to change the name to One Trump Plaza, though that name might be taken. Then all you great minds can shake hands and slap each other on the back.

Or, another alternative is: go to sites where different opinions are not tolerated. Those sites are out there already and you won't have to worry about the great unwashed majority who have questions and issues with the way the country is headed. There you can get all the positive reinforcement you want echoing around your brains, never having to consider other viewpoints.

That way you right wingers will seldom have to differ.

I'm one of the millions of Americans who didn't vote for Mr. Trump. I consider myself to be a solid, middle class American. My family has Army, Navy, and Marine veterans as well as a son who is a Master Sergeant in the Marine Corp. My father fought in WWI, my brother in WWII, my husband in Vietnam, and a son in Afghanistan. I have worked from ages 16 to 72 and paid taxes. Our country is still the greatest country in the world. One man can't make or break this country. I didn't vote for Mr. Trump because I don't think he is qualified to hold the office of President of the United States. He is not the change we need in this country. We as citizens need to come together and take control of our government. We need to weed out the paid for politicians and elect those who will work for the best interest of our country. We needed to review our history and civics lessons. We need to line up to vote in the same way we like up for movie openings or black Friday sales. We need to learn to discuss our differences without resorting to name calling or crude jokes. We the people need to act as we the people. This country doesn't belong to any one person; it belongs to all of us.

What regard did the left have for the opinions of the Republicans for the six years they had complete control of the Congress? The people have spoken, the left did a crap job and control was passed to the right. No one cares what the left wants any more than the left cared what the public wanted. If Trump "shared" control he would be out on his butt in the next elections. The left's policies and practices have been rejected, you lost. Get over it, no one is going to pander to the same crap we have been suffering under for eight years.

We who elected Trump, could not tolerate the idea of an even more evil, deplorable, president than Obama and history will have to decide which of the two did more damage to the country.

Your examples are total nonsense, nobody is attacking your Grandma or drowning babies at the local swim club. We have laws against assault on the books, who needed a special law to cover nursing homes? They are however aborting and selling baby parts in abortion clinics with the aid of public funding and they are abetted by those lovers of liberty the Democrats.

John F. Kennedy seems to have been an American President. Even though rich he connected with the average citizen without insulting his opponents or our common institutions, such as the free press and the judiciary. President Trump's campaign was a campaign of insults. He reduced the election process to a contest of insults. Never in my life has a presidential campaign been made at such a childish level. I regret not having advised Jeb Bush that he would never win a contest of insults with President Trump, but that he would have to reduce the contest to a much lower level and say to President Trump, if you insult me or any of the other candidates in this debate I'm going over and punch you in the face. I don't think Jeb would have done it, but it might have had an effect on President Trump who is essentially a bully.

JFK was honest, well spoken, respectful, intelligent, patriotic, inspiring, heroic, rich, down to earth, polished, not crude or abusive, a writer, reader, sailer and reconteur. He seemed to me to have been a real American.

I agree with weeding out the corrupt politicians who only seek election for personal gain. And your family sounds like staunch patriots - the generations of service are appreciated by all. I disagree about Trump. I believe that things had gotten so weird and priorities so twisted in our country that we needed someone like Prez Trump who is willing to break out of the restrictive PC mold and tell it like it is. He changed the entire dialogue in the 2016 election cycle to call out illegal immigration, out of control acceptance of "refugees" most of whom have no ability or desire to blend into our culture, taxation and policies strangling businesses and the seemingly purposeful decimation and marginalization of law enforcement, our military and Christians. And he did it at great personal risk and cost. There was no other candidate in either party willing to do that.
