A few simple questions, did you think that Obama was in any way qualified? This was a man who had never worked for a living ever, including his extremely brief stint in the Congress. Did you think Hillary was qualified? She was adept at suppressing bimbo eruptions and political dissent. Her attempt at forcing single payer health care on the public, as the wife of the president, was an abysmal failure. She became a Senator not because of her qualifications but because of her husband’s political connections. Backing the warhawk causes further marred her lackluster career in the Senate.

Her tenure as Secretary of State is being called into question as nothing more than pay for play, treasonous sellouts of our nation. This incidentally was known and published before she ran for president.

She had no qualifications other than "It was her turn" to control the cash spigot. I hear about Trump's lack of qualifications and I have to laugh. I wish I were so unqualified as to have amassed billions of dollars from my own companies.

Consider the statements by Comey about her egregious carelessness in protecting state secrets as well as his remarks about Abedins's leaving classified documents on her husband's laptop. He said they were unaware of the necessity to treat those documents with caution. Are these the people you want running your government? Too stupid to know that classified documents require extreme measures to retain security!

As one who has held many levels of Security clearance let me assure you that there is no excuse whatever to claim not understanding the requirements for accessing and disseminating classified material. It is drummed into you incessantly and periodic refreshers are mandatory by law. The penalty for screwing up is clearly defined for you and basically anything that goes wrong can get you a prison sentence.

Other "qualifications" would then be in the minds of the voters and are as varied as the voters are. For me, I approach this choice as though I am interviewing a job candidate. For the position of President of the United States, I want a candidate who is at least a natural born, 35 year old citizen who has lived here at least 14 years. I also want the candidate to be knowledgeable about our civics, history, and our political system. I want that candidate to have excelled in the profession he or she worked in before deciding to run for political office. Good speaking and debate skills would be a plus. The candidate must be able to handle a variety of pressure laden situations with decorum, dignity, and intelligence. The candidate must be able to put our national interest ahead of personal interests. I would also like to see the candidate have an extensive background in leadership positions. I would want to know the criteria the candidate would use to choose the Cabinet members and those who will fill the numerous vacancies that occur with a change of leadership.

There are many here at OPP who seem to be Anti-American, with their negative post about making America Great Again.
I consider the members here to be honest people who come together daily to share their views on current events and the future of this Great Country of Ours! But when I see the GARBAGE Spread, by people with their
Photo-Shopped images, and Cheap Shots against our Country, and the President that we elected to be our voice in Government, I have to wonder why these people even bother bring up this Web site.
