This is a letter I am writing. Tell me what 'Implementation Rules' should have been used by the UN to advance these 3 Es.
Dear Mister Tom Deweese,
In the 70s I was studying Architecture. They pushed the 3Es pretty hard, and I bought in. So, in ’82 I worked to devise Implementation Rules that were Free Market and Sovereign citizen. I believe this is what you are looking for, because Agenda 21 is coming from a place of truth. The 3Es are valid.
It is Commie dictatorship that is bad. You have outlined how to stop what you have described as a speeding Freight train. I propose another approach. It is, flip a switch, and let them go off on to a different track. (Be good stewards. Land should be used for the highest and best use. Wealth should not be concentrated. And, Harmfulness should be avoided.) This should be done with the right to keep and use what you have created.
I believe the act of being human requires that we act differently from the beasts of the field that eat whatever they happen upon. It is my belief that humans should create their own wealth. You have to be worth more than your food. This is only a small change from what we do traditionally. It is much less severe than the wrenching transformation you describe in Agenda 21.
Since 82 my beliefs have evolved. The Framers of the Constitution invented several wonderful devices including the Postal Service, Patent Office, and the Dept of Commerce. They also invented the Grand Jury. This is not used as they would have specified. It has become a bludgeon for the Prosecutor. Originally it was supposed to help the accused escape unjust prosecution. That seemed reasonable so I incorporated it. Also I find that the Framers were trying to keep it simple, so they created an entity that would be self supporting and successful. The attributes that such an entity would need are: Morality (this was entrusted to the Court), The ability to think, (this was entrusted to the people’s house, the Congress), the ability to procure, and the skills to use, the materials needed to achieve the goal, (this was given to the Executive), and lastly, a successful entity must have the where with all to pay its bills, (the Framers assigned this ability to the Congress). They put all of this into Article One; Section7. It is hard to see. It is almost invisible but it is there, and I found a letter from Jefferson to Madison that confirms the existence of this structure in the document.
All of this effort was intended to protect us from those who have always traditionally tried, and expected to own, enslave, and impoverish us all. That is the 3Es (Freedom, Prosperity, and Stewardship). The founders of America were striving for the 3Es. The American Revolution is where these Agenda 21 people want to be. It might not be perfect, in fact I grant, it is not perfect, but let’s work on it, rather than throwing it out.
I will let you ponder what might be the mistake, made by the Framers of the Constitution that would have been capable of creating this less than perfect government that is so horrible that it is under assault from monarchists, with the assistance of American Citizens. They see no difference between slavery and American Citizenship.
So, what is the difference between slavery and freedom? I found a definition of freedom in Mark Levine’s new book, Rediscovering Americanism. He observed that, freedom is the ability to do what you believe will be good for you, so long as it does not hurt others. That is so much more reasonable than, “We believe planning should be a tool for allocating resources… and eliminating the great inequalities of wealth and power in our society because the free market has proven incapable of doing this.”
I will give this guy all of his claims. The great thing about America is that it can change. So, what is going on? What needs to be done? Property concentrates. It and power are inherited. Through this mechanism and incorporation, dynasties become potentially immortal. The miracle of compound interest can get a bit out of hand after two or three centuries. All entities die. Corporations die of complacency. Dynasties die of incompetence. I would like to eliminate some of the incompetence by spreading wealth. By giving starting capitol to lots of young folks we diversify our options through the mechanism of Creative Capitol Destruction.
