Why would anyone that can afford proper schooling put their children in a crappy school?

Jimmy Carter sent his Amy to Washington, D.C. public schools. I think he was the last president to do that. The Clintons and Obamas made sure that their daughters didn't have to associate with the riff-raff that elected them.

I actually give all presidents a bit of a pass on this. Sending their children to public schools puts an undo burden on said schools.
Security is harder to maintain. Having said this I still believe they should live by the same laws as the rest of us. Which they don't.
See Obamacare and Insider trading. Pensions versus 401-K. The congressmen and women are nothing more than entitled prince's and princess's.
Tax payer perks, lavish parties all at the tax payer expense.

Looked it up. The Bush twins were enrolled and graduated from Texan Public Schools.

I believe Barron Trump's private school is in New York.
