Then PLEASE, finally answer this one question & don't evade it with your dogmatic declarations, sophistry, half-truths and misrepresentations.
Did the woman voluntarily engage in the sex act that resulted in the pregnancy?

It is more than 48 hrs. & PeterS has not responded to this. In the interim, he has responded to others.

because he would have to tell a truth, a truth that does not align with his liberal talking points..........so essentially.....you own him on that one

He & the other progressives in this OPP venue, have done similar things on multiple topics. You go conclude what you want. I draw my own conclusions.
Admin might have done us Conservatives a favor. Now that we aren't allowed to insult the lib's (which was fun and easy) we actually get to debate ideas. Except they have none. They just moan and groan about, well hell, about everything. However; Invariably when asked for a solution instead of just complaining it's always game over. Had to be a liberal that came up with the idea of a complaint department.

What does that matter? A woman’s right to obtain an abortion should have absolutely nothing to do with the circumstances of her pregnancy, that is her business not yours.
Only if you believe the fetus is not a human life Kevyn. If you believe the fetus is a human life then that life deserves the same protections as anyone's life.

Why does this matter so much?
You have a point to make? Make a statement or claim.
PeterS isn't cooperating with your manipulation?
Perhaps you gotta get a lot smoother if you want your machinations to remain hidden in order to allow you to confuse the issue enough to avoid having others see you have a shoddy untenable argument.
When you have to resort to trickery and dishonesty to make your point, your point may not be all that sharp.

Please elaborate. Exactly what truth does PeterS choose to evade? What was the question?

What did the SCOTUS have to say in the matter?

Agreed. Killing another human in self defense or defense of ones rights is not murder. It is legal and the right to defend oneself is protected.
