I consider myself to be a libertarian, but not a Ron Paul libertarian.

I believe that you cannot have a debate without being civil. Without civility the best you can do is hurl insults at one another and that accomplishes nothing.

Unlike a great many Americans, and the MSM (MainStream Media), I don't have a problem with the "partisan divide" in congress. IMO, the less congress does the better off all Americans are. I believe most of our problems come from the government doing too much, not too little.

I think ending all tax PAYMENTS from taxpaying citizens would be be a good start. Once the government can't borrow money from outside sources, they will begin to address the waste. I think it is an easy approach and will get everyone's attention.
