That's not what I mean. It looks like she's taking some medication or something that is interfering with her ability to perform basic language functions. She's always been 'out there', that's a given, but I've never seen her so... 'disconnected'. I really think there may be something more wrong than a serial disdain for all common sense and straightforward logical thought progression. I'll wager a psychological evaluation would reveal some quite interesting malfunctions going on in there.

Maybe she's got her doctor convinced that a little "medical Maryjane" will 'help whatever ails her'. She really did act like 'she wasn't all there'. Even though most think she's never "all there" on any occasion. This was worse than usual.

Demprogs have that difficulty. Some are drug-addled from the '60s, the older ones are drug-addled from trying to catch up to their kids.
I recall a black congressman claiming that the USA posed a threat to some island because if we placed a military base on said island, it could 'capsize and sink'.
And there ya have it.. almost all of it.

The island was Guam. He was asking if the island would 'tip over and capsize' if the Marine Corps contingent currently stationed there was increased. They tried to spin it that he was joking but I saw the video and this was no joke. He was seriously concerned about the possibility of Guam capsizing. I was really impressed that the admiral he was talking to didn't miss a beat, just replied 'we don't anticipate that', and just moved right along.
