I don’t dislike Christians. I am a Christian myself. My objection to Creationists is their literal reading of the Genesis creation account is an impediment that is driving people away from church in droves..

No it’s not obvious that I think “all of you” are Creationists. Virtually all Creationists are ultra-conservative, but not all GOP adherents are Creationists, thank God.

I don't think you think of yourself as a socialist but you go ahead and say you want to take our country forward which just happens to have been the Obama campaign slogan for 2012. Now that kind of forward is toward socialism so I have to see you as one of them.

The third choice here won't be possible three years from now unless a few more ammo companies expand so the DHS can't keep it all bought up. I don't have any guns that would be very scary as clubs and that is what they are aiming at.

Yes, I believe the Holy Bible is the Word of God, infallible in meeting our spiritual needs. It is not, however, a science book or a rule book. It is obvious to all, except Creationists, that the Genesis creation account is allegorical.

It’s hypocrisy, not hypocracy, and hypocrites, not hypocrits. Haven’t you noticed the squiggly red underlines?

“Going somewhere on someone else’s dime” is what the one per centers have been doing, and they certainly aren’t progressive. See the graph here: www.economist.com/blogs/dailychart/2011/10/income-inequality-america

No it’s not like saying America is a democracy. America is a Republic; with a representative Democracy form of government.

If my memory serves me correctly, the topic of discussion is supposed to be the alleged smoking gun.

Yes, you are right, but the smoking gun was fired by Obama and his folks and now we catch them with the gun in their hand and smoke coming out of it. What now do they do?

Unless you are a dully elected governmental official, you statement would more appropriately be I want to see the country go or move forward.

What "forward" policies do you advocate for the country?

Regarding GOP and Creationists: I was merely stating my two different interests.

Reading is a "literal" action. Perhaps you meant to say your objection is to "their literal" interpretation of Gensis and the creation account.

How is this one interpretation the "driving of people away from church in droves."? Your contention appears to be this is the only thing driving people from church. How interesting.

No it’s not obvious that I think “all of you” are Creationists. Virtually all Creationists are ultra-conservative, but not all GOP adherents are Creationists, thank God.

It is always good to make assertions about a group of people without any documentation.

If you want to insert links to something you need to lead off with http:// before the www so people don't have to insert your partial link into their browsers with the http. I didn't bother to do this and therefore am not able to read your link.

Well, thanks for the spelling lesson. The Bible or "creationism" is much easier to believe than science's theory of the big bang! After all, who created the "big bang"! Most, if not all of science's conjecture's are just "educated guess's", that is a true
oxymoron. None have ever been there, Christ walked the Earth. There is no history to prove science' theory of the "Big bang", other than Steven Hawking's thought's on the subject.
It is the same as believing that the progressive movement is anything more than pure "socialism". At least Communism is a more honest form of slavery, to a point! :hunf: I believe actions speak louder than words-and B.O. and his cronies have proven by their actions that they care nothing for the people they represent and only care about feathering their own nest's and pocket's. I'll put your comment's in with those of the rest of my trash.

If it wasn't for the 1 percenters as you call them, this country's welfare recipients and all the other "citizen's" living off the system wouldn't have the deep government pockets to beg from. The minority have always supported the majority and have made it a bad habit to always EXPECT more than they deserve. Should the men who built this country like the Ford's, Carnegie's, Hearst's and many other's who worked hard to create their empires be EXPECTED to give away their fortunes to those who have less? Hell no! They can get off their a--'s and work for it like the rest of us, after all, that is what Capitalism is! And that is what America is! A Capitalistic country where anyone who has the drive and the will can be anything they want to be. Obamaland will never happen! Civil war will happen before the true American capitalist's of this country let her be taken over buy the like's of B.O. and his crony henchmen.

Quid Pro Quo, USpatriot77: "Civil war will happen before the true American capitalist's of this country let her be taken over buy the like's of B.O. and his crony henchmen." Well I would hate to see it happen, but if it comes to that we all have an obligation to our country to protect the Constitution. Thomas Jefferson said in a letter from Paris re the Shay Rebellion: God forbid we should ever be 20 years without a little Rebellion. It is the life's blood of our republic. I submitted this two day's ago:

"However else this December 2009 Executive Order can be described, the directive was a serious grant of authority within the IRS to the powerful anti-Tea Party union."

This is an outright lie. Read the EO yourself. It promotes free communications among the affected parties. It does not grant any authority whatsoever of the union over the IRS.

Smoking gun? NOT!"

No one has even attempted a rebuttal. All the response I've received is so much verbal flatulence; aka ad hominem attacks
