All cases are different. Can't just blanket them all with the same answer.Obviously some cops are bad,no denying that.The black community in general does not help the cause in many instances as well.In some of these instances cops have a split second to make critical decisions. Personally I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

They are willing to pay out cash but do nothing to the officer? Not even removing him from the force at the very least??
The money is just an admission of the guilt of the officer without some type of action taken against him.

Denial doesn't do any good either. If you were a cop and someone pulled a gun, I'll bet you'd shoot. Even if you weren't a cop.
