Is this really Justice? A Small Price to Pay!

The City of Cleveland has settled a federal lawsuit brought by the family of Tamir Rice for $6 million, it was announced Monday. Rice, 12, was shot dead by a police officer in 2014 within seconds of responding to an erronous report of a male threatening people in a park with a gun. Rice was in fact holding an Airsoft gun that looked like a pistol. Prosecutors declined to charge Officer Timothy Loehmann for Rice’s death. http://mobile.nytimes.com/2016/04/26/us/tamir-rice-family-cleveland-settlement.html?referer= Comments?

Not receiving a settlement won't bring the child back either. The Officer was not charged? Shameful

this is an old subject and it has happened time and time again. if someone points anything that looks like a real gun at you, especially a cop, what do you think. sad ending.it,s over and done with. move on. thank you.

That's why we should only play with real guns so we can defend ourselves if need be.

Glad you asked. Justice would be served if you would be taken out and be horsewhipped.

Just a few questions.
Have you ever whipped a horse? It ain't easy. They fight back.
Have you ever seen an air soft gun with the orange cap removed from the barrel?
What would YOU do if you were a police officer facing what appears to be a real gun?

Nice Try! Here's the deal. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/cleveland-boy-12-shot-and-killed-by-police-over-fake-gun/ Officer facing? What does that mean?

Law enforcement is out of control when black suspects are involved much to the approval of racist Grand Juries.

A grand jury decided not to file charges Wednesday against police officers who shot and killed 22-year-old John Crawford III inside a Beavercreek, Ohio, Wal-Mart for carrying a BB gun. They rejected charges of not just murder, but also reckless homicide and negligent homicide, finding instead that there was no probable cause to charge officers with anything. One of those officers is already back on the job.
